If you’re wanting Marriott quality, stay at a Marriott. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing and property has a gorgeous setting. Thin walls.

way too many homeless type people staying at this joint.noise after 11 pm in rooms and outside.walk up hobos from the highway with plastic bags in hand..not what i thought my stay their would be..WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN..

The bed seemed more like a queen (not king), air conditioning fan loud, walls thin & could hear neighbors talking, shower basic w/old tile, carpeting old, breakfast sparse w/white bread toast (no bagels or nice bread, no danishes)… I’ve stayed at nicer Quality Inns.

Good price for what you get. Kids loved clean and well kept pool. Bed was nice, clean and comfy… details of room not great like black mold in windowsill. Loved outdoor seati by options to enjoy the mountain air. Nice to have free breakfast but would’ve paid more to have better options, very very basic. Front desk nice staff!

When we checked in the lady at office was very pleasant. She said that we would have to be on the 2nd floor because all rooms were booked on first floor. I explained how it’s hard for me to go upstairs and I did request first floor when I booked. She was so understanding and was able to move us to first floor. She went out of her way to be so helpful. It was only myself and my granddaughter. I felt very safe here and had a wonderful relaxing 3 days in the redwoods. Thank you, we definitely will vacation here again.

Awesome hosts. A cold pool and it was a bit dirty too. Lovely location in the heart of redwoods. Nice little breakfast too.

nice cozy place to stay, may miss it due to maps at hotels.com places it across the street. breakfast was a bit lack luster. lack of items, towards the last hour of service. Not sure of early morning quantities, but was not impressed.

Those are a little on the smaller side but really clean and the staff are great.

Been there 3x enjoy the place. Cleaning crew is lacking, needs new drapes, drains in both shower and sink were slow, backing up, I personally with spouse hand wiped the door knobs and sink surface,ick. Advised the management of the lacking areas. It was quiet, cool, the area safe. So Quaulity Inn, spend some money you cheap skates, or we will book elsewhere.

The blinds in room were paper thin and the excessive light without blinds or curtains was unbearable for sleeping.

Carpet was cleaned just before we arrived. This resulted in the room smelling of wet carpet and chemicals. Not very pleasant. Staff was very friendly.

Property is surrounded by beautiful redwoods. It’s on a main road and the staff is very polite and accommodating however, they lacked supplies, the breakfast lacked healthy choices.

Bathroom was very dirty. Toilet wasn’t wiped down, a puddle of water next to the toilet with hair on the floor behind the toilet and in the shower, shower curtain was filthy and the walls need to be wiped down

It's a bit rustic but what I expected having lived in the area. It was clean, comfortable bed and beautiful redwoods.

The Quality Inn is close to Santa Cruz, has dining options close by, is quiet and right in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The facility itself needs a bit of a remodel

Clean and comfy beds, free breakfast. Nothing fancy but I didnt need anything fancy, just a place to sleep. Check in was easy and employee was very friendly. I also really liked that the bathroom window opened to let in the fresh forest air.

It is an older place which is fine.Bout the carpet needs replaced. Bathroom needs to be scraped of its calcium deposits and painted by a professinal.Really nneds some TLC.A new lampshade in room 108 and a new blackout liner on the front window..But A.J. at the front desk was wonderful.He bent over bacwards to be of service to us. And his smile and kindness was charming.The staff that works there can only use what is provided for them.

Dirty gross property and rooms with other people’s pubic hair around room and sink. Management clearly cuts corners on cleaning and maintenance. Shower head still broken after two months. This place is a total dump! Completely dishonest management, they will charged your card three time your reservation cost immediately and then add unauthorized fees while taking days to return hundreds of dollar’s, Do not use a debit card. They don’t have breakfast, only coffee and rancid orange juice cause their cheap, then they lie about it, give me a break, you can get oatmeal and bread for toast a block away at the store.
Dishonest management will scam you out of money! Ef this place !

Relatively peaceful stay. Check in was easy. The sheets were clean though visibly stained. The staff woke us up at 7am yelling outside the window. The blankets were not warm enough for the 30s F weather which is not horrible since there is a heater. However would be more comfortable with thicker materials at least being available in the closet if not on the bed. Office friendly on the phone though in person they glared at us until we greeted them.
4 star stay. All these things are the reasons why it wasn't 5 stars.

This place is a dump. Outside stairs and area filthy. Really bare bones room with just one lamp and no desk type surface. Breakfast is a joke. The only thing hot available is toast or instant oatmeal.
We'd have been better off at a motel 6 and not spent $300!

A very comfortable room under the redwoods.

Mold stains in sills, shower rod held together with blue painters tape, clear packing tape over hole in bathroom door, dirty walls with some sections of missing drywall. The most concerning issue was the extremely unpleasant smell that we could not place. It permeated the entire room and all the towels, though was not in the bed sheets. Some sort of cleaner? Never smelled anything like it. You’ll be disappointed. Zero stars, do not recommend.

For the money it was well worth it, there is only one nice restaurant in town, but within walking distance, and very good, called the Auora. The rooms could use some updates. Overall we would stay there again.
