This has become my preferred hotel when I go home. The location is excellent! Close to airport and car rental as well as a good breakfast place within walking distance.

It was very noisy by both the staff in the morning and guest at night. I could hear the staff personal conversations on their cell phone in the morning while preparing to clean the rooms in the morning

The hotel was okay, it was reasonable for a one night stay. The room had a musty smell upon entering but after investigating the room was clean.

The building looked like it was falling apart in the front at the Main Entrance. The carpet in the room felt old and sticky.

It was ok I didn’t feel totally safe due to the area and we have an issue with our tv not working and they were not helpful with it they said they didn’t have any other rooms available and didn’t have anyone to fix it. So my mom ended up pulling the large dresser out from the wall and found one it was disgusting behind it but that all the wires were undone so she fixed it herself and we called back to the desk which told forever for them to answer and told them we fixed it and they were not concerned with it!

One of the nicer airport hotels. The area around had limited dining options, though, if you don't have a car.

Overall good condition hotel, and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent proximity to the airport (5 min hotel shuttle ride), and car rental facilities which enabled us to return our vehicle early.

It’s not a bad place to stay but the parking lot needs lighting, it’s nerve racking leaving your car there. The bathroom, are a joke. We had a king suite and couldn’t fit 2 of us in it and we aren’t large people. Staff was great though and good TV channels and amenities. Relatively quiet being so close to the airport also which is a plus.

The surrounding area is sketchy. The rooms are not clean- mold around the bathroom. The basement burger bar had some extremely dirty health issues. On the plus side, the reception staff were nice and attentive. The shuttle to get out of the hellhole was the best!

The staff was rude. The guy who checked me in was having a conversation with another worker as I stood there for about 2 mins. I kept having to call for towels. I stayed there 3 nights and they only cleaned my room once. I know I'll never stay at this hotel again.

Due the Crowdstrike issue, it took way too long to get checked in. But once checked in and in our room, everything was fine. They gave us free sandwiches/snacks due to having to wait so long. Bed was more comfortable than my own bed!

We arrived at 1:30am with our two kids having reserved a room with two queens. Best they could do is one king, two mattress covers and an extra fitted sheet. Not only did they take my reservation and not HOLD the reservation for two beds, they had no additional bedding for something on the floor. There isn’t a restaurant in it, just a poorly stocked mini-shop with an empty coffee urn. Also, we booked this hotel for the pool and it was closed for some unknown reason. The staff has given up and couldn’t care one bit.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff friendly. It was hard finding staff at the front desk anytime other than check in. And the three days we were there the pool was closed everytime we tried to use it. Although that was probably a good thing, as the water was sickly green each time, too.

Booked this room for two reasons. One it had an outdoor pool and the plan was to spend an afternoon in it and two to be close to Busch stadium. Neither of the two happened. The pool was closed for some reason. No one could really say and I was about 20 minutes from the ball park. Other issue was I had told housekeeping to not go in and clean my room and when I returned for the day they had gone in anyways. This location is so close to the airport that you don’t need to set an alarm because they planes will wake you up.

Therr was no hot water and Expedia makes it too difficult to get a refund when stuff like this happens, so I had to accept it rather than pay twice for one room.

Great property. My only complaint is every day of my 3 night stay I had to tell the front desk that my room wasn’t cleaned and I needed towels. I’m not sure why they kept skipping my room. But other than that stay was great

Night staff was not helpful and rude. I called to ask for an extra blanket. A hour later I called again for the blanket and the employee was rude. Blanket never came. Also the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Seem to have been like that for awhile because the bathroom floor tiles were loose. Restaurant was closed and no breakfast was served in the morning, as advertised when I booked the room.
Will not stay here again.

I booked a King Room and the front desk person at check in said to me, OUT LOUD, “We over-booked the King rooms but I’m glad we did bc now we’re sold out and we can just slide you into a double Queen room”
That is not what I booked and why would you say that to a guest? Keep that comment to yourself. Thoroughly disappointed with Doubletree.
