After the first night, maintenance kept knocking on my door but whenever I verbally acknowledged them, they wouldn't say anything. I had to call the front desk to complain about being disturbed. Apparently, maintenance thought they heard children in the room. I had checked in alone. There were no children or any other adults. Thankfully the disturbances ceased and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay.

This is our second time staying at this location, and we have no complaints, the room was clean the hotel was quiet and the staff friendly and accommodating.

I love the hotel. But what I didn’t love is not getting sleep we had someone above us and the kids jumped ran all night..The staff was horrible wasn’t considerate of us checking in she literally had us waiting 30 minutes while she converse with another customer. And no it wasn’t about the hotel but things they shared about their lives.

It’s was all good! Just that we noticed that the bed comforter was alittle dirty and has Some stains on it.

Was charged for another guest because we “had the same last name”. Also. PLEASE …. PLEASE check your the headboards for bugs

Mattress are soft not good for someone has back pain. Shower door doesn’t close properly.

Upon arrival I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The desk help was working their other property which was next door. While we tried to check in and they were unable to accommodate the type of room I had booked. Once they had found another room, when we went to the room we found it still dirty. We returned to the desk and informed them. Instead of assigning another room, they made us go back to the room to look it over with them. The bedding was dirty, the room had an odor, and there was tape and other things hanging from the ceiling. Instead of moving us, they wanted to just clean the room while we waited in the lobby. The staff was very unhappy that we had brought that to their attention.

The rooms were very clean and the mattress looked like it
was brand new. The breakfast was okay but a nice touch. The coffee was very good.

They never gave fresh towels and never serviced the room. We were there 5 days and had to ask for towels everyday, which was a huge problem for the staff and they were annoyed every time. I asked for the room to be cleaned 3 days in a row. On day 4 someone picked up the mountain of towels and emptied SOME (not all) of the garbage. Didn’t make a bed or vacuum. The breakfast was great and the people who ran the breakfast were very kind, but other than that - the beds were AWFUL, old, uncomfortable and lumpy. No bugs and the a/c didn’t smell, so that was a plus; but over all not what I would expect for the money. Very disappointing.

It was okay. It was clean. No one at reception and then the lady didn’t know how to register us snd gsvd us wrong information. We were not told we had to request housekeeping

My husband and my son got bugs bite they won’t return our money they blame on us that we got from somewhere. My husband and my son woke up in the morning with bugs bite everywhere on their legs and arms. I will never ever sleep at this hotel anymore!!! So bad customer service!

Enjoyed the bright decor and the ability to make the room dark enough to sleep due to the Roman shade. Since it's impossible to have a beautiful outdoor view in that area the nice interior was a pleasant experience.

My husband and I came to town for Family Day at GM. Our stay here was perfect! Close to the tech center, very clean, smelled amazing, beds and pillows were fine. Breakfast was really good and our total price through Hotels.com was very reasonable.

They Hotel was very pleasant & staff was very personable. The surrounding area is a little iffy but the property is completely safe. I would recommend this to any family or even single person. They accommodate anyone honestly.

The hotel itself is ok, the air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The pool was very dirty, the chlorine was way too strong and one very large group of guests took over it, yelling and diving and just being completely inconsiderate of others. The front desk guy tried to talk some sense into them but that didn’t help. I overheard him calling security but security never showed up. This was a big disappointment for my kids cause they really wanted to enjoy the pool but weren’t able to.

Great breakfast; loved the pillows. Was confused how to get the lights on at first. Never used the room card for that in the past. Overall, very pleased with my stay and would stay there again.
