We booked 2 nights in this hotel. The location was OK, walking distance to the center. The hotel was basic and the room itself was unfinished. The bathroom was poor quality it a broken shower door and the tiling left a lot to be desired. It is a hotel that serves the purpose of a bed for the night, quiet basic.

It's a little far from Lake Como, but it's within walking distance, and above all, it was good that it was close to the station. There are a lot of guests and it's a fun atmosphere. The staff is also kind, and if you leave your luggage, you can get a voucher, so you can leave it with confidence.

Good hotel with friendly staff only a 10 minute walk to the main train station and into central town. Only thing was the shower wasn’t the nicest.

the room was a good size, staff friendly, breakfast great, having in-house ready meals available was a neat idea too- only downside was noisy plumbing, sounds of other people using shower, toilet and even just turning on taps really quite loud. Better sound insulation needed in rooms.

Super central hotel and very clean. The reception staff was always very kind. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Only disadvantage is the noise coming from the busy street.

Breakfast was very basic. Shower head attachment was broken and they promised to fix it. They didn't.

I already sent a review of our check-in which worked out only by sheer luck. Had the employee left two minutes sooner we would have been sleeping on the street due to an employee misspelling my name so I couldn’t self check-in . It would have been a nightmare had there been no staff present. The room was fine but lacking furniture. We were two people with two bags, and there was no place to put the second bag, so it was on the floor. There were no side tables. There was no dresser. The shower was tiny (the smallest I saw in Italy in the last 28 days) and high off the ground. I have a bad knee and I couldn’t even get in. So no shower in three nights. Not fun. The air conditioner made a loud rattling sound. The room had a musty/moldy smell most likely coming from the shower. The tracks on the shower doors were black with mold. The breakfast was good.

A nice small hotel close to the train station and the central historic area.

The staff were helpful both on reception and in the breakfast room. They let us park our bikes in their linen room too! It was a great location for the town and restaurants.

The walls and doors in the hotel were really damaged and it was so loud! If you want to sleep longer than 7am you shouldn’t book a stay here - unbarebly loud scratching noises above us woke us up very early every morning and made it impossible to sleep. We arrived at night and didn’t have water on the room, the fridge was empty. This isn’t ideal when you can’t buy drinks anywhere and have long hours of traveling behind you.

It’s a great hotel, with a few food options right next to it. Clean rooms and plenty of space for a solo traveler. They even were kind enough to let me check in earlier.

The hotel had the perfect location for me. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet is worth every cent. The only problem I had was with the mattress; for my back is was much to soft. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Location perfect, right near the train station and 5 minute walk from the lake. Quality of the room good, tv great and also the fridge, but bathroom condition really poor. Shower did not stand up in position making it really awkward, and the wall is pretty much coming apart inside/above the shower. Toilet makes a noise constantly as if it is leaking. Service from staff at desk mixed. Man who checked us in/out was brilliant, really helpful and friendly. However, during our stay asked for an iron from staff at desk several times and was just told it’s not here. Told to come back later, same response. No effort to find one or when one available. Small issue of course, but annoying.

We had a really nice time with a group of friends. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but the inside is very modern and clean. The rooms were great with very comfortable mattresses. Also the hotel is very conveniently located to the centre and Como San Giovanni train station.
