I will never book again. They kicked me an my son out the pool. Not only us but a birthday party as well. Not kid friendly. White young boy working front rude. Was comfortable. Racist and more..

The room was nice and quiet. The property was kind of dirty and the breakfast items were very limited. It's a nice hotel for a night or two but not a whole week.

Clean and pleasant staff

Newly remodeled, very clean, only complaint is new toilets but toilet seats are 2 sizes too small.

Nice, basic, looked like it was recently renovated. Only real complaint was the breakfast.Especially the coffee machine thing. It was horrible. Multiple people were talking about it.

Rooms were very clean and renovated. Air conditioner was quiet. Great breakfast and treats served in the afternoon. Free parking! Highly recommend.

Other than the rainwater pouring in the window, our stay was good.

Our toilet shook when we sat on it. Sure enough, it broke while we were out for dinner. Flooded our room and outside hallway. It was a nightmare. The staff seemed inexperienced and like it was an inconvenience to them to help us. Not impressed.

The peace I felt was divine

Comfortable Room, but the front desk ignored a request to repair the toilet seat multiple times, we never got our towels replaced, did go get some. The breakfast was good. But the lady that runs the front desk always seems frustrated. However there is a lot of staff around.

Perfect for the price

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early after having car trouble and that meant everything to me.

Good stay

The rooms and areas were clean, but the rooms smelled dirty, the towels smelled musty. The breakfast and coffee were awful...and I am not even picky.

Overall clean facility. Older building, but well maintained. Shower water pressure was terrible, but that’s the only complaint. Good breakfast.

The staff was friendly and willing to help with our request of late check out. The hotel is a little worn, but clean.

So quiet and clean room. One suggestion would be smart tv's. I missed not having that.

Took forever to get checked in although there were no issues. The whole place smelled bad.

Tori G, and Tori from the overnight shift, we're absolutely wonderful! I had a late check-out for noon that Tori, from the night shift, arranged for me; she was so nice. After check-out, I still needed extra time, due to transportation, and I work remotely. I asked Tori G if it was possible that I wait in the lobby area for my transportation and allow me to continue using their Wi-Fi connection to work, with no hesitation, she said "absolutely, make yourself comfortable!" These two ladies went above and beyond for me, with such kindness, they have no idea how much this has meant to me. Life has been very hectic lately and not easy, and I can't thank them enough for being so accommodating and understanding. I will definitely be a repeat guest and refer friends and family to your hotel.

While our room was very clean and tidy, the bed comfortable and several other pluses, the outlet in the bathroom sink area was defective and would not hold my curling iron and straightener cords...etc. I had to utilize the outlet across the room, which, because we had an early morning meeting, just added additional time and stress to our getting ready. When I told the manager at checkout, he just didn't seem to take note or really be interested...very nice, but, I seriously doubt that anything was fixed. Also, we found the big on-top-of-the-counter sink to unnecessarily take up way too much of an already small sink/counter area. There was very minimal room left to put small toiletry bag etc. We'll probably stay elsewhere next time.

Pretty good stay. Chair in the roo. is pretty worn and looks bad in the otherwise nice room. Bathroom floor needed a little bit more attention in the corners. Loved the shampoo and body wash. It was a nice stay.
