Room was very clean, the mattresses need to be replaced and could use a table, did have a computer desk. The breakfast was well stocked and clean (not like the last time we stayed there). The rates were very affordable. Was happy to see 3 garbage containers in the room.

I asked for a room away from the highway and pet rooms. I got a view of the highway and was woken up both mornings by dogs barking next to me. The breakfast was GREAT! That batter for the waffles is better than most, the service was wonderful.

It was a clean and very welcoming environment. The breakfast was amazing. My children loved it and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Everything was fantastic until the morning of the 8th, we tried to shower and the whole hotel was down on hot water.

The room was clean but there was no hot water so my son went to bed without a bath also the shampoo conditioner and body wash were close to empty except the little bit of water that someone put in them. When we checked in the front desk person acted annoyed with us and was definitely not friendly at all. The second day the front dear lady was very nice and helpful. Also there was no power cord to the phone in our room so we couldn’t call out.

I stay within a nice clean room plenty of warm blankets and the heater work great. I like the Continental breakfast it was maintain fresh the room was clean pleasant to be in, it was a nice experience. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and pleasant to me. My only negatives was I could have used something to hang on to in the shower and my closet was difficult to get shut, stuck or something. I stop for a night and I would stop again.

It was great we got in late people were friendly very helpful also remember in the morning we got up early but wanted to have breakfast that was awesome and the people were helpful with directions and getting us on the right direction showing us on a map thank you for the stay sorry it took so long

Ran down property, hot tub was closed pool was so cold. Room was fine, except the dog that barked all night long!

I didnt like the fact that the hot tub was out of service when i got there. That's the reason i chose to stay at that hotel. For the hot tub. Didn't even get an apology for it being down. Didn't get offered an upgrade or the option to have my money returned to me. I will not be returning.

Room smelled like dog and was not very clean. Found dog food under one of the beds. Shower was slightly moldy and bed was very lumpy and felt like if had a large divot. Breakfast area was not clean and had poor options (think microwave sausage and powdered eggs).

It's an old property with a dingy feel and very thin walls. Old/worn upholstery and carpets. Various little maintenance issues (shower drips, toilet seat slides around). There are no elevators at all, fyi. And the pictures on hotels.com show new, modern bedding, but the actual bedding was old; photos were inaccurate/fake. All told, it was okay, but worse than I was lead to expect by the info on hotels.com.

Overpriced considering the cramped room and modest breakfast choices.

The good: The staff were very kind. I came in after 2 weeks camping in the desert (Burning Man) and I looked pretty rough. I was treated with great kindness regardless of my scruffy look.
The bad: The hotel is a little rough around the edges. Stains on the carpet, painter's tape in the hall. Scratchy sheets made it hard to get to sleep.
The ugly: The worst hotel/motel brunch I have ever encountered. I had a cup of coffee and a couple of mini-muffins and went elsewhere.

This was my 1st trip to oregon, we cane to visit a sick dieing family member. Having such a friendly and amazingly hospitable staff, made things so much easier. Thank you for your kindness and ease during our stay, it was greatly appreciated.

I would say this hotel was reasonable all around. Had an indoor pool, hot tub, included breakfast but the rooms need work.

The room was clean, but didn’t much like feeling like I was sleeping in the basement. The last night the people above us were very noisy all night. We stayed 3 nights, and only one breakfast was everything available . 2 of the 3 mornings there were no eggs available. Had to look for someone to get the eggs for us. No one cleaned the tables.

I had two visits here spaced a week apart. I forgot to add that I required an ADA room on visit #1 which I had requested on #2. The property recognized this and before I had a chance to ask they had ADA access room for both visits.

The hall and common areas were a little dated. There isn't an elevator, so if you have mobility issues then request a 2nd floor room which is the main floor- the first floor is in the basement and the 3rd floor is up a floor
The parking lot at one end is dirty/gravel near the entrance - though the rest is paved - so would also request a room near the middle or towards the front so you can go in the main entrance
