When I checked in, I was given a room key and walked into a room someone else was staying in. The bed was completely messed up, TV on and beer cans on the counter. When I finally got a room cigarette burn holes were in the sheet and it was dirty.

To start off they only have one king bed in the whole hotel and it was booked. So we opted for a queen bed and asked for a complimentary crib for our baby. It was a play pen. FILTHY AS CAN BE! stained! Smelly! And we opened it for the benefit of the doubt and it had PILLS! imagine if my baby put that in his mouth! I returned it immediately! The free breakfast does not have many options. The staff are terrible! Cut you off while speaking to them. The key for our room was not working like ever! I did not like it at all!

Nice quiet area. Only complaint I have is, if the property is going to have customers with lil ones, please put them on the 1st. Floor. We didn't sleep well do to foot step anove us. Lol ones running back and forth. We hade a 1w hr deive this morning at 2am and we didn't sleep well

Scott could not check me in due to his personal phone call at 1:20 AM. We traveled all night after being in the heat all day. He wanted to have a conversation instead of doing his job. I waited over 15 minutes for him.

Good stay for the value - basic airport hotel. No frills but a comfortable room and everything you need. Breakfast was comparable to a Hampton Inn.

While on a road trip, one of our vehicle door windows was broken. Upon arrival I inquired if there was somewhere “safe” to park. Immediately the clerk quickly checked me in and proceeded to move the hotel shuttle van, allowing me to park right in front She assured me that they would do all they could to “watch” my vehicle so I could get a good night’s sleep. Why a kind gesture. I was able to rest and not worry about my vehicle. This displayed the highest level of customer service. I’m so grateful that I had chosen the Sleep Inn - the ideal location for sleep and rest.

My stay was good. I stayed for 3 nights and left on sunday morning. I got back a little after midnight and there was hardly any parking left. There were approximately 2 semi trucks that took up a total of 4 parking spaces each. I did find a space to park. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I will plan on returning.

We usually stay at a hotel across the street, but it was sold out. Well I'm glad it was because this hotel is a hidden gem. It's in just as convenient of a location for a much better price and with way more comfortable beds! Will 100% be staying here again!

It was a terrible experience, we wanted to leave as soon as we entered that room, there was black mold in the shower and the bathroom was not properly clean, the room smelled like humidity and i got food poison from the "breakfast included" NEVER AGAIN please dont do that to yourself

The stay was short but comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, with nice pillows. The breakfast was better than I expected. Good nights rest!

Very good breakfast. To keep your environmentally friendly policy, I strongly suggest to quit serving plastic eating utensils which fill up our land fills and do not decompose. There are many other options. Thank you

Wifi wasn’t working properly, cheap and uncomfortable pillows. Also the mattress was so uncomfortable.

Made a late reservation due to a flight cancellation, so was happy just to have a bed to sleep in.
Krystal was fabulous and set up an Uber ride for me from the airport since it was after hours for their airport shuttle.

Did not realize was a hotel catering to truck drivers. Old building, needs updating and cleaning. Cigarette smoke rampant. The staff at front desk however was wonderful. Breakfast was good.

I was a little sketched out by the homeless guy sleeping on the 2nd floor lounge area. I did let the front desk know and she said she would take care of it. I'm assuming she did but I did not go back out and check. Also in the 2nd floor lounge area , the coffee table was on top of the couch. The breakfast was good.

Walking up to the front desk lady was really nice. Checked us in really quick and gave us directions to the room, also told us where to get the morning breakfast. Staff was awsome!! Room was really clean they must have good housekeeping 😀 everything was really tidy bathroom was also very clean. Room had fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot.
The only thing that was very concerning, it was 1@m and people outside our room where fighting and shouting at each other. We woke up and they were fighting over drugs. Hotel is great but if they are letting people like this stay there and do their deals . Its not a safe place for kids or anyone. We couldn’t sleep after that.
