This is a really cool. Some very nice amenities and great location. However, this is not a 5 star, brand new hotel. The price was affordable and right on base for what we got. It has a lot of cool old school like an indoor pool surrounded by plants and a great bar. That being said, there are lots of places it needs renovations. Nothing gross or broken but it could use some love. Our first floor room did have 2 steps between the beds and the bathroom.

It was an okay stay, the rooms are decent, nice facilities. One of the elevators was out of service for our entire stay. Didn't even look like they were trying to fix it. The hotel was very busy with lots of sports teams so it was really long waits for the one elevator and everything, lobby, pool, etc. was very busy. But besides that the room was nice

Needs to be renovated. It was okay for a one night stay but we probably wouldn't stay there again.

I had a bad experience. It wasn’t all the hotel’s fault but the place didn’t feel up to code with cleanliness. On the particular night that I stayed there, an individual was smoking in their room which caused the sprinkler system to go off at 3:00am and then a pipe burst so my floor was deemed uninhabitable and I had to check out. I couldn’t stay there for the duration of my stay.

My stay was terrible from check in to check out. Did not like the room I was assigned and they tried to make me believe that they were giving me an upgrade. Furniture missing. Evacuate in middle of night. After given ok to go back to room alarm continued throughout the night. No compensation offered. Elevator out so we had to walk up 8 flights of steps. SMH

We had an accessable bathroom. The tub was very slick. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Brk could have been better tasting. The potatoes were good, but the eggs and sausage were just so so. I was disappointed that they did not offer flavored creamer. Now days most hotels do have flavored creamer.

A man came yelling at my children saying he was the owner and they were on the pool to long and people treated my kids very strange and act like they didn’t want to be in the pool with black children never going here again the man yelled at my kids and followed them to their room

It’s really good place to stay

From outside and overall condition of facility, seemed like it would be good place. Since late in evening about 9p after long day and drive. Air conditioning controls didn't work, room was freezing all night. Hotel was full, and poorly staffed for the people in morning crush. Supposed to have included breakfast. But easier in line for 25 minutes, and moved only two people forward with about 12 in front of us. Decided, screw it, we'll just get coffee and go. The large conference size coffee pot on table in lobby was empty. Mentioned to desk staff, told they're getting more now. 15 min still no coffee. Just went up to room and finished packing and leaving room. Coffee finally came as we were leaving so about 25 min before coffee arrived! Seemed zero interest in taking care of the customers in a timely fashion. Very inconvenient for us, age nor what we paid for! We not a cheap hotel!

Nice location and free shuttle to/from Buffalo airport

It was noisy the first night, but that was a Saturday and can be expected. Our room was clean and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and the Galleria Mall was 1 minute away. Would stay here again.

The website stated that this location has high-speed internet. It does not ,very slow Wi-Fi. Access only .also upon arriving this hotel makes you pay up front and also charges. You a $250 hold deposit thus requiring over 350 plus dollars to stay one night at this very average mediocre hotel. I do understand you get the hold back. But that is very the taxing on Travelers on a budget, that is enough to stay at 4 or 5 other hotels in the same area with the same, if not better quality. Also upon entering the security/maintenance Person very rudely yelled at me for not using the handicap tho i am not disabled, door while he was washing the circular entrance door told me I couldn't use it cause he didn't want me to get Fingerprints on it.He could have asked nicely.I was told(YO HIT THE BUTTON). When I mentioned there is an area that does not have glass to push on that would not leave Fingerprints.He then switched to tell me that it was because he didn't want me to get him caught up in the spinning door. That is what the doors there for so people can use it. AVERAGE at best. Disappointed 😞

I ended up just checking right back out - window seal leaked water in room - which made carpet wet with the damage to carpet around window I could tell this had been going on a long time which made me nervous of mold - inside of window had puddles of water tried to call front desk neither of the phones in room worked - Went in bathroom was locked in because bathroom door jams almost had to break door to get out of bathroom. Just had had enough and checked back out within a short time. I’m hoping the hotel does the right thing and refunds our stay still waiting on response for that - was told no manager on site for the next 3 days - we had drove from Ohio to stay in what appeared to be a beautiful hotel. Pool was down as well. Hallway smelled like weed just praying they do the right thing.

The front desk is not helpful And no room cleaning every day since I’m there no one comes to serving me Just one person his name is Damien he the nice guy and helpful man

Its location was great , service from the staff was great , didnt get much sleep there was a vehicle that raced the engine as if on a drag strip from about 8pm to 3am.

I liked the staff and value for the $$

The bed was like sleeping on a cot. However, it was clean and convenient.

I was worried after I made reservation as I was reading some bad reviews on line. However I didn't want to spent a lot of money on a hotel for a one night stop. The hotels location was near where going. The hotel was clean and room was very quiet. I couldn't rate your employees as check in went smoothly and I didn't have to ask for help or have any questions from other employees. The breakfast was what you expect for free hotel breakfasts, no disapointment was what I expected. Very pleased with stay

Great value for money. Especially loved the layout with the pool in the courtyard. Would stay here again.

The hotel was convenient for its affordable price, Along with free breakfast included. My only dislike was the wet/ moist wood smell I encountered while sitting on the balcony courtyard view.

Make sure you get your “breakfast ticket” at checkin or you’ll stand in line, your room key is not proof enough.

We were placed right next door to other occupants despite the hotel seeming quite empty and that room proceeded to have a raging party until 5am with what sounded like a dozen or more people. Shouting in the courtyard, shouting in the hallway. Loud music and raucous noise and security never approached them. Given the tone of the voices we didn’t dare complain for fear it would escalate. Also seemed they hotel had flooded recently with a long hallway of fans sitting on their dated carpet. Also there was duct tape used to cover the transom between the hall and the bathroom which did nothing to prevent the spikes of nails sticking through.

This has been the worst experience I ever had staying in a hotel. I called for an early check in the man who answered the phone was very rude. Once I checked in to the room it was very dirty carpet was very filthy the bed dirty I had to call the front desk ask for a new comforter. I seen housekeeper in the hallways had to ask for a rag and cleaning solution to wipe down everything in the room. I won’t come back to this property.

Nice time

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. On our check out day the clerk behind the desk drove us to the airport because the cab was taking too long. That's customer service above and beyond! I will definitely be going back every time I'm in Buffalo.

The staff was amazing .you can walk right to the mall . but the rooms wasn’t to happy headboard lamp (1) didn’t work dead spiders on the window edge the clock don’t have a plug the shower walls peeling . the scenery outside window was good but the $250 hold is crazy building looks nice from the outside .also the heat wasn’t working in the room 6 out of 10,
