It was very unpleasant stay , the hotel is sketchy , front desk staffs rude and unprofessional. When I arrived in the morning, the front desk clerk charged extra fee to checked me because I arrived earlier. After I checked in, I found out the hotel room had marajuana smell. I requested for room change. The clerk told me that there was no vacant rooms available at the moment but I could switch to a new hotel room on the next day.
On October 22, I spoke to the front desk manager to request room change at 11:00am, She refused to help and I told her that previous clerk promised me to change room for me the next day. I went back to my room and shared my bad experience on the hotel survey. Few minutes later, the front desk manager got infuriated at me over phone and asked why I wrote a bad review for the hotel. Because I wrote a bad review, they agreed to change the room for me. They gave the room which wasn’t ready. So I went to ask the house keeper who was busy cleaning. I knocked at door to get her attention but she did not answer. So I left the decaf coffee bags in the cart and picked up a box of facial tissue missing from my hotel room. I was about to unpack my luggages, the front manger called me and asked me to leave. She retaliated that I need to check out now n she called the police on me, 3 officers showed up to my hotel room while I was packing to leave. The hotel charged me 2 nights but I stayed one night and some unauthorized fees.

The tub was dirty, no extra towels, the keys didn’t work had to keep going to the front desk, she wasn’t at the desk half the time I had to keep waiting on her, and when I got there she charged me an extra 15 dollars

There was a bug in my room, the repair work was poor i.e patchwork on the walls, stains in the toilet and tub. The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice.

Wasn’t the worse hotel but wasn’t the best locks are broke; parking is a pain; the cards barely worked; breakfast was never fresh; tons of people wonder if they even stayed there..

Overall my stay was great. only a few complaints. The pool water looked merky. NEEDS CLEANING AND THE PHONE IN MY ROOM WAS NOT WORKING. HAD TO USE MY PERSONAL PHONE TO CALL THE FRONT DESK. Besides that i have no other complaints. The rooms were spacious and clean the service at the check in counter was wonderful breakfast was great lots of choices. Nice and quiet area.

The front desk staff was rude...asked for extended check out time, was told that they could only give 30 mins due to the fact that they were short on housekeeping staff.

The hotel was k okay but needs a major remodel to its rooms. Carpet worn holes and stained. Furniture dated, couch needs cleaning. Bathroom is outdated and needs major renovation replaced and cleaning. The staff was accommodating and responsive to needs. Left a day early.

Rooms are clean and nice. I would have stayed in this hotel for the remainder of my contract (the next month) however the customer service/ assistance here is terrible. They have 100 deposit Everytime you update your reservation. Also my 15 year old was literally bullied by their guest services manager (Nicky), while I wasn't there. Which was wildly unacceptable. So I'll be taking my $3,100 per diem and spending it elsewhere for the month.

This is a smoke party place for the locals. Smell of marijuana was overwhelming, noisy, loud music, elevator barely works, fitness center awful, every single hand sanitizer empty, breakfast awful, room keys never worked. Room was relatively comfortable and clean, but very old. I had to call security 3 times in 5 days about parties in neighboring rooms. He stood in front of the door where there was screaming and loud rap music and asked me “is this the room”? Clueless.

Well let’s start with was told could have early check in but that didn’t happen. Then was almost charged 2 times deposit fee had to show them it was already ran through. Then I noticed none of the doors locked so you really didn’t need key only for your room. Homeless outside in back lots trying to panhandle for cigs and money. All the doors you can walk in at any time locks were broke on back door and side doors. Very loud guest on floor we were on and above floor. Unless you like the smell of pot place wreaks of it. Police banging on door across from us waking up the baby. Last night staying we got home late from wedding and seen guy put on ski mask and jump balcony to get into sliding doors and then other women joining into that room. And to top that off neighboring room fellow snored so loud you could only hear that the entire night/morning.

It was a nice hotel but my entire stay, I asked for a blanket and never received one. The night staff argued with me about it being in the closet so she followed me up to the room to “prove me wrong” and there was no blanket.. I spoke to different staff about the blanket for the pull out couch and everyone said they needed to talk to management about what to do…

We have stayed at many hotels in this area, and for the price this is by far the best one. It is easy access to the mall. There really is t much to walk to from here but if you have a car, this a prime location,

Stay was great. Only issue was parking, they should tell people with trailers they should have other parking for them, cause they take up 6 space. And the maintenance man Glen was amazing ac wasn’t work and he fixed it for us. Will definitely stay here again,

It is time for this hotel to get a refresh. The doors show in light from the hallway. There are spots in the carpet where you no longer see carpet, but the black padding. There are rust stains in the bathtub. I could hear people speaking upstairs and outside. I could also hear the flushing of the toilet from upstairs. It sounded like the sink in the bathroom was constantly running, but it wasn’t. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. I don’t think the back door actually locks - I never had to use my keycard to get it - though i never returned after dark. The hotel staff answered questions, but was not knowledgeable about restaurants in the area and they seemed to be there doing their job, but not with any happiness. There is only 1 ice machine on the 3rd floor. We did not check out the pool. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The space was big enough for the 2 of us staying in the room. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast was hot eggs, sausage & potatoes on Saturday & Sunday along with waffles, bread and muffins. I won’t be back to this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and tge room was nice and clean. The room seemed overly warm so i turned the a/c down. It seems like it took over an hour or more for the room to be comfortable. They only have one elevator that seems very sketchy and slow. It took about 5 minutes one time for the elevator to open and there is only 4 levels and one of those is just the workout area and pool. The sketch part of the elevator is that it seems shaky and it jumps. Not a smooth ride.

First room the AC didn't work. 2nd room toilet didn't work, spiders in room and the door was unsafe with broken hinges. Staff was nice then ignorant upon any issue. Websites say children stay free then charged me $30 for kids to stay. Nothing on site is as says. Don't come here.

Security alarms sounded in the area, they had no evacuation plan or safe place to take refuge. The lady at the front desk was unfriendly and angry, both at check-in and check-out, the cleaning staff was super friendly and the place was always clean.

Our stay was just okay. The rooms were laid out nicely and had all important amenities included. The general cleanliness was not there, however. Our room was clean enough but the quality of some of the fixtures was subpar. The shower had no drop ear installed which meant that the shower head just rocked back and forth while in use. The water pressure wasn't high enough to reach the middle of the shower. All grout joints in the shower were just siliconed with painters caulk, there was a pretty severe amount of mildew on the base of the tub. The tub also had a piece of FRP board glued to the base to cover up some sort of damage to the tub. This wasn't production work, it was slumlord work. Everything was cleaned within tolerance except the stairwells. They were bizarrely dirty and I have a funny experience that sums up the maintenance at this location. The first day we were there (Tuesday) I noticed that there was a coffee cup in the middle of a puddle of coffee in the back stairwell. The next day I went back through that stairwell and nothing had changed. Of course, ethical thing to do is to pick it up but I wanted to leave it there as an experiment. Finally on Thursday night there was some forward motion. Someone from maintenance had left a 'wet floor' sign next to the puddle and LEFT THE PUDDLE. I just had to giggle. Overall, we're resilient and were fine. Just prepare for some imperfection.

I booked this hotel for two nights July 13 through the 15th when I arrive to the property I were greeted by Hotel staff, which I don’t remember his name , I made him aware that I was there to check in and he proceeded very rudely to say he doesn’t have any rooms available. I advise him that I had reservations and please just check how can my room not available if I made reservation.
Once I got checked into the room, I do my normally routine as I do every hotel that I go to I sanitize the room. The bathroom was very unsanitized tub was dirty had broken stopper I can take me a bath to relax after a long day on the road although I bring my own body wash body wash dispensary was dirty sink was dirty toilet had a ring around it. The whole stay was just very uncomfortable. I booked for two nights but only stayed one night overall the outside hallways look like they were pretty clean I didn’t get a chance to visit the pool area because I was already over it at this point once I got into the room, but I needed a place to stay for that night and I didn’t wanna lose my money. I rate this hotel overall with the staff and the dirtiness of the room a two star.

Friendly, helpful staff. We couldn’t figure out how to work the air conditioner so we talked to the desk clerk. He immediately sent a maintenance worker to explain it to us.

Noisy, beds uncomfortable, liked the layout, needs updating, abnormally loud AC, worst thing-motion sensitive lights. If you walked into or near the bathroom or even flipped over in bed, the lights and loud fan turned on. No way to stop it. Really disruptive to sleep for everyone else. Also-so many things out of service
