Room was terrible, very old, but the worst part was the noise. We could hear the people snoring in the other rooms....
The garage access ramp isn't well designed and my car just touched on the bottom.

This hotel was memorable, but only because the staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The room itself was okay, but the hallway was totally dark until lights turned on from a sensor, not very visitor friendly.

15 of us stayed in 5 fabulous rooms,powerful water in the showers,
& a fantastic rooftop bar.

This is a mostly very nice hotel and it's within easy walking distance of León's train station which was a big bonus. Bedsheets had a couple of small stains on them. Front desk staff are just about polite but quite cold to you if you don't speak Spanish.

The property is old, the parking is a tiny garage with little space to maneuver.
The carpet on the hallway of our floor was covered all over with disgusting stains. Not bad smell but it looks terrible.

I arrived exhausted and under the weather, and asked if there was a possibility of checking in early. They were wonderful about making that happen.

Perfect stop for our night in Leon near old town area and the cathedral. Staff amazing.
Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Bed was firmer than i am used to, but I slept well.
A bit of noise from room above and on the street late at night. It's downtown so expect you may hear noise if you're staying here.

A short stay in Leòn was wonderful at this hotel. A short walk to the old town and Cathedral as a comfortable room made this an excellent choice.

We stayed here for a night while walking the Camino. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom had a bath. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is really well located, very close to Casa Botines and the cathedral.

You should offer some free water as well as a coffee maker. These are basics. Also the AC is very, very weak. Americans like the ability to turn the AC on high and have a cool room.

Nice hotel and excellent reception team. Comfortable, clean & tidy bedroom with great bathroom. Nice and quiet on 7th floor with beautiful balcony views. Breakfast was excellent! Very close to the Cathedral and other historical places in León. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

The hotel location is good, only minutes to the old town area. This is a grand old hotel that is undergoing upgrades. The rooms are large, ours had a terrace but needed to be refurbished and furniture added. There are no English speaking TV channels, if that is important.
The room was clean as was the hotel. We did eat at the adjacent restaurant, Casa Mando and was not impressed with the food or menu. There are many places to eat in the area. In general the hotel was fine, the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.
I would stay agan.

Excellent hotel right on the cusp of the old and new town areas. Rooftop restaurant lovely but many street restaurants with old town ambience handy. We were lucky it seems to park in hotel basement car park, not bookable but we felt essential for peace of mind during three days of ignoring the car. Reception staff superb. Cathedral better than Chartres, worth the visit alone, but there is much more.

We absolutely loved the place. Amazing breakfast, lots of different foods in a light and comfy restaurant. The restaurant staff was really professional and kind, always polite and customer-oriented. My mom has difficulties walking and rhey were really attentive with us. The same applies to the the staff in other areas. The room was big and beautifully decorated. We definitively be back.

I had a room with no air conditioning, which was fine and so we had to leave the window open at night. Since I was on the 3rd floor the street noise and lights were hard to sleep with. Ask for a higher floor or get a room with AC if you want sleep during the high season. Earplugs helped. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Beds were ok, poor amenities with shampoo & bath soap sticked to shower wall in big bottles used by other gests.
Didn’t help with suitcases, parking nor valet. There is a stop area in front of the hotel though.

Nice hotel, with huge rooms and large bathroom. Just in the center of Leon. Please be aware that the terrasse is a commercial bar and restaurant where you have to book a table. No relaxing space at the top 😩. And for some reason you need to request toiletpaper each day 😩

El hotel es muy comodo, centrico y muy limpio. Tiene a ki modo de ver dos inconvenientes, el precio del desayuno (14€) y el parking (17€) es muy elevado.

I have no serious complaints at all. The location is quite good, the staff were mostly quite welcoming and very helpful, and the room, while a bit basic, was a good size. So why a relatively mediocre rating? Simply put, it lacked any kind of ambiance. It was drab. I had a huge balcony but it had no chair. There was no coffee or tea in the room. There are two well known restaurants connected to the property but the staff cannot book them. Perhaps this hotel is simply suffering by comparison to all the others i had during a ten week trip but nonetheless, while I had no real complaint, I would recommend it to those looking only for the necessities. For atmosphere, go elsewhere.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel. The staff are very helpful and hotel is only a couple of hundred metres from the centre. The room was well appointed and certainly not small. The only negative was the sight of the tear in the leather sofa in the foyer. I would certainly return to this hotel.

Pictures from the profile are from newer rooms than the one we got it. The hotel needs a full renovation and for the price (150 USD) was not worthy at all.

We had an amazing view to the cathedral from our room. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is central and all areas of interest in Leon should be within walking distance.

Had a refurbished room on 4th floor which had a view of the Cathedral & Gaudi building. Two large beds with lovely soft bed linen. Large marble bathroom which had a great shower in the bath. All made for a great stay. We slept well due to blackout curtains & well insulated walls 😁The hotel is in a fabulous location to explore the old part of the city as well as the shopping streets. Would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff. Started Camino de Santiago ride from here. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Loved our stay and really great enjoyed the hot breakfast.

Well located next to the old town but have to park in hotel garage as a result. Rooms reasonably well furnished but vast in space; bedroom was half a tennis court with bathroom half that a a moderately sized but well furnished sitting room/ lounge.

The hotel has excellent location and clean cvonfortable beds. The furniture needs updating. The staff promptly helps with issues. If you wish a clean place to sleep close to the sites this is it but note it is a little shabby. Excellent WiFi not a 5 star hotel but you get your moneys worth
