Friendly, thorough, and attentive staffing made our weekend stay here very enjoyable. The location of the hotel also facilitated easy access to the harbor, dining, and shopping.

Policy is guaranteed 3:00 check in. My room wasn’t ready until 5:00. Third attempt to check in and it was ready. They said they would call when ready and never did. Had to keep going back to hotel. I had booked online and prepaid. Everyone was nice. But the room wasn’t ready! Why guarantee

It was good. There was a big women’s conference at the hotel and as a result, there was a lot of activity late at night on our floor. We had to go out of the room to tell people to stop being so loud.

Our ocean front king room was newly renovated and very clean. It was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to all of the shops and restaurants near the waterfront.

The property was easy to locate, check in was smooth and all employees were friendly, parking was great, location was wonderful! The elevator wait was long on some days.

Convenient location right near downtown old port which is easily walkable as well as a free shuttle for the area. The best price for parking on site as well in the old port area. We love the ocean views and comfortable beds.

I chose to stay here based on a number of recommendations on line. However I would say it was just ok. The location was relatively good for most things we wanted to see. I was not prepared for the area to be depressed and the immediate surrounding area not very appealing. The lobby was nothing much - the images on their website painted a different picture. The rooms were adequate and clean. Wide range of staff from very friendly to rude.

The bed spreads had visible debris on them including hair and we found old blueberries on the floor.

We only stayed one night but overall it was a great location in Portland. The facility is a little dated but it was still nice.

Richardcwho checked us in was great. Our room was spectacular. It wasnt the bed or amenities, but rather the view. The view overlooking the bay at night was captivating, we left the blinds up and fell asleep to it. But the best came the next morning. The sunset was stunning.

Convenient, affordable location in town. Walkable to dining and bars. Maybe not the fanciest option downtown, but rooms were quite clean, beds and pillows were excellent. Hvac worked well. Nice views from upper floors. Pool was big and perfect temp. $15 parking is a good value.

It was nice. The lady at the front desk told us that they had room service and in the morning when we were anted to order breakfast it turned out that they did not. The breakfast buffet is VERY basic. The view of the room was nice and the room was big. The AC did not work great.

Great stay, almost perfect but not a great family hotel. Toilets are split seats so hard for a potty training kiddo. Swimming area also was more for lap swimming then family playing.

Relatively good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Clearly understaffed. Spent three nights there and the room was not serviced once. Had that chain hotel disinfectant smell. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly.

Great location but expensive for the hotel class. Staff very nice but seemed inexperienced. No fitness facility which is odd for the size of hotel. Just a few free weights in a small room on the bottom floor. Hotel in need of renovation. Downstairs had flooded. Convenient free shuttle to local points and airport.
