Very mouldy smell in the first room we stayed in. Handicap room. Smell was from shower curtain.
Also not pleased to find out the outdoor pool did not exist, filled with concrete patio. Should update the website.

The room was damp and the carpet felt wet - there clearly has been no upgrades in a very long time. There were extreme water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the shower curtain. In addition - the smell (I assume mold due to the dampness) was horrible.
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great!

Easy access, room seems clean but floors which are tiled seemed slippery. I didn’t bring slippers so had to where my shoes around the room!

For the price, the hotel was not clean. We found ants in our room. Very outdated rooms. The door didn't feel safe and sturdy, it was shaking as people walked by.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and professional and a joy. Everything was very comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was good, with nice choices.

What can I say? The coffee maker didn't work and when I tried to watch MSNBC and CNN I got a message on the screen that said "No or Poor Connection". The electronic key system was outdated and extremely sensitive. Twice I had to return to the desk to get the keys recharged. So I was not a happy camper. Owner needs to spend some time whipping this place into shape. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. I'm a Best Western member so this makes me sad.

Expensive for what you get. No microwave in the room, fridge barely even cold, bathroom set up is strange, only one elevator and it’s far away from where ever you’re at, uncomfortable, and just strange vibes.

I thought there was going to be a pool but it was recently filled in. The weather was quite rainy so it didn’t impact my use but it was still a bit disappointing for the day or two I could have used it

Plumbing issues. Smoke detector brightly flashing all night. Overheard that a couple of the air conditioners were blowing snow Weird hotel layout. This hotel needs some rehab.

Great place to stay for a night on business. Was very loud at times in the hallway with slamming doors and could hear the toilet flush in the room above me. But overall, great for a quick overnight stay.

We were there for our young adult’s college graduation in Waterville. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable.

Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Didn’t like that our room was as far from the front desk as possible on the second floor and two of us have difficulty with stairs and walking distances!
