Always enjoy the theme rooms but sometimes parking is difficult.

There was mold in the sink and shower/tub. It was really dirty and it was obvious that it was not cleaned properly. It was extremely loud and there was no quiet time enforced, which is extremely frustrating when travelling with two young children. The pool was dated and one of the main pools was closed. The only family friendly thing about the hotel was the themed room (which was dirty) and the pool (which was partially closed).
Myself and my two boys were almost run over by the snow plow which decided to go backwards without looking or notice, i advised the front desk of this when checking in and they didn’t even offer as much as an apology.

We were expecting it to be more of a family-friendly hotel but it seemed to be more of a hotel for people who come to party for all ages.
It was a challenging place to navigate and the pool and hot tub was really for younger people.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

With checkin there was a line up to the door. Only 1 person checking everyone in. The rooms are tired. The exercise room had a major water leak. Kids running up and down the hallways till late. No free breakfast. Good for kids for the water slides. For a business professional or someone that wants a more calmer environment, probably not a good choice.

Great hotel for kids. The water slides were fantastic and wore the kids out. The breakfast staff were so friendly. Best i have ever experienced. Great stay!!

It was noisy and smelled of drugs. People doing it right outside the door. Did not feel safe. Ended up leaving and finding a better hotel. Over run with bad people.

Stayed mainly for the water park and was pleasantly surprised! We booked the California suite for a family birthday and it was perfect! Big meeting sized table, big couches, and enough kitchen space to organize a pizza party. Visited the pool 4 times in our 1 night stay and it was awesome!

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was terrible, as the line up extended out the door. 3 attendants helping guests check in, but it was talking an average of 5+ minutes to check in. Fine details, such as wall paper peeling, a cracked sink and rust stains in the tub need attention. My kids did not notice it, as they had an absolute blast in a theme room. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water slides. Staff was very friendly as well. We will be going back again, I'm certain!

This hotel is right downtown which is great if that is what you're looking for. They have many amenities and multiple dining options within the hotel. I didn't utilize the pool but it's a great option to have. Check in was easy and welcoming.

The staff was amazing!! The room definitely needed updating.

The room was chilly when i first entered so I turned the fan off while I went for supper & to run some errands. When I got back to the room, I found it smelled funny, like dirty laundry or something. I turned the fan back on and that helped after a while, but made me think i should carry FeBreeze with me. Room felt a little dreery, like it could use better/different lighting.

Water park is good, but the rooms very old and floors not clean some lights not working. The room we booked didn’t give us then give us different one when we got in it’s not clean and we told them. They gave us another one second night had wash room toilet not working the give us another one. In 2 nights we stayed in 3 different rooms we had bad experience
