This hotel is very nice and up to date. The breakfast is good and coffee is available any time. The only recommendation I have is that they should update their website to say that each room has a hair dryer and mini- fridge and there there are laundry facilities on site.

I left a neck pillow in the room and called back immediately while on the road BEFORE I was home… just several hours after I checked out. The front desk stated she didn’t see that a pillow had been turned but would have the Manager contact me the next morning. The pillow is gone and I never heard from the Manager. No one bothered to call me back. And I guess HSKG didn’t bother to turn in a brand new neck pillow that was in a zippered bag.

It was clean, but if you take your mornings slow and prefer not to be bothered before check out, make sure your DND sign is hanging. Checkout was listed as 11am and housekeeping tried walking in at 10:30am.

Prepaid for 2 nights. Called ahead & informed hotel that I only needed one night & I understand that I’d still have to pay for both nights. They couldn’t find our reservation & charged me another night on top of it. Clive was neither friendly or helpful. Also, the room had not been updated. Zero usb ports & only a couple of outlets. Bathroom had been updated recently.

We were in town for the Morgan Wallen concert and stayed here! The beds and pillows were so comfy plus the hotel is pet friendly and I think our doggies enjoyed it as well!!!

The hotel staff were always friendly. The hotel has been updated and is super clean. Our room was clean and everything worked as it should. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

I wish I had known that the property was under construction. The noise from the interstate was a little bad at times, but this is not the hotel's fault. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff courteous and helpful.

Overall was a pleasnt stay my girlfriend and i were traveling through. Staff was friendly and was close to dinning options. Only complaint was road noise loud even in our room. Also fire alarm went off before we checked out. Other wise was a good stay.

Property was under construction and there was no mention from staff or web site. My hotel room had plastic on the window, we could not see out and it felt like sleeping in a tomb. Staff said all rooms had plastic on the windows and it would be this way for 3 months. I would not have stayed at this motel if I had known but it was paid in advance on Expedia and no refund. Buyer beware.

I was very impressed with the staff. I had an issue with my original booking, and it was resolved quickly. The outside of the hotel was under renovation and a little noisy at times, but the inside was pristine. I would stay at this property again without hesitation.

The is the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The basement level smelled. The furniture is very dated and old. And we have to move rooms because of ants. The second room we also saw ants. Very disappointed and was not worth the money spent. Glad it was for only one night

Staff was great. Breakfast was good both days. They changed it up a little each day which was great. Bed very comfortable and room clean. Convenient to Downtown (15 minutes) without the downtown prices. Will stay again.

So this property is undergoing a major renovation. It appears that they only have one floor finished.The other floors had plastic covering the windows. It should be noted when you book that this is going on. Other than that it was fine.

Even though it was under construction/remodeling when I stayed they made sure that it did not impact guests in any way. The hotel was lovely and the staff courteous. I was very impressed with the facilities.

I paid way too much for a hotel that is in the middle of renovations. Lobby was completed but the room I had was old and not comfortable.
