The pictures online did not resemble the room we were given. I immediately checked for bed bugs and found yellow stained matresses. Grimey, fingerprinted head board, oily film on floor, chipped paint on every wall. Black hair on the "freshly" made bed. We were in the room 15 minutes and checked out. Unfortunately it was a non refundable room, so we ate the cost. The clientele coming in and out of the hotel was enough to put anyone on high alert.

Room wasnt clean when checking in, few bugs. Key card needed updated everyday as it stopped working, and very limited options for complementary breakfast.

Hair and dirt on bedding, nasty sticky carpet, filthy restroom, my son got thrown around and his back scaped up on the jimmy rigged water slide that is in need of real repair. The last straw was finding not one, but two cockroaches. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. No refund was given despite us only spending an hour there. BEWARE!

This was good for the price. My boys loved the pool and the slide. The pool was heated, which was awesome!

Very handy to airport and van was convenient

The hotel smelled horrendous, mold, I think. The main light for the drive up was flickering. A window to a room on the main floor was open with no screen on it. There was a sharp downspout which had been ripped from the building, pointing out into the sidewalk. The 2nd floor window in the stairwell, where my room (202) was located, was open with no screen in place. This is DANGEROUS! Going into room 202 the lights would not come on with the switch, I had to go in and click the lamps on one by one. The beds were made, but did not look clean. Stained sheets, crumb type items on one bed. I washed my hands in the sink, feeling disgusting, and the water would not go down. I proceeded to the front desk to ask for a refund (they told me Expedia have to do that?) and explained my concerns. I handed him the keys and am now sleeping in my truck. Follow-up: Since I booked through Expedia, the hotel told me they would not give me a refund, and I would need to go through Expedia. Expedia got in contact with the hotel, and the "Manager" flat out lied, and said we did not give them the keys back (which we did less than 5 minutes after checking in), and said we never complained, or they would have refunded me. Expedia is siding with the hotel "manager" on this and will not give me a refund. To say I am EXTREMELY displeased is an understatement.

The hotel room had a lot of mold on the walls the tiles in the outside pool were falling into the pool from being molded and corroded there was a garbage bag in the hallway full and garbage strung across the floor

Staff was fighting with each other at the front desk, pool and hot tub area were dirty. Hot tub did not work. Shower curtain had blood on it. Would not stay again.

We only stayed 5 minutes. The entire bathroom was covered in mold. My husband has pictures. The floor was filthy and there was hair in between the sheets. We tried to get a refund and were refused.

hot tub dirty and not working there was obvious Renos going on by owners I assume since it looked very unorganized. other people staying on first floor had pictures of bed bugs they were arguing at the desk they wanted money back. I did not see any on 2nd floor but wasn't really looking.

The room floor was dirty, not even swapped, bath tub and surrounding were not clean. I found a bed bug under the pillow!!! I had complained to the person by the motel desk. After short conversation he gave me a card to the next room which supposed to be in better shape. Unfortunately the 2nd room was pretty much at the same condition (not swept floor, blurred towels) I decided to leave that place immediately and I made a second reservation at different location. Do not recommend that property. Cleanliness was terrible!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The pool was green and looked like it had a oils spill

The room was very dated, the bed spreads were stained and the headboards were worn and sticky. The hotel was full of people but only one staff at the front desk for all the check ins. Really not a place i would ever stay again.

The property was run down. There were roaches in my room. It rained and water came through my door. The pool was green and foamy. The plugs didn’t work to charge my phone. Extremely noisy-you could hear every sound through the walls and ceiling. VERY DISAPPOINTING

AC didn’t work and the front desk said “Open the Window” like are you serious. Paid over $240 for a night and was treated like straight trash without a concern nor care in the world and smiled the next morning when confronted. I will never stay at that place again nor recommend that nasty place!

Upon arrival to the hotel we noticed the pool water was very dark like couldn’t see the bottom of the pool, the smell was awful as if there was no cleaners being used and black mold growing all over the pool areas. Also getting into rooms there were bugs all over the floor. Don’t let to hotel photos fool you it is so run down and not kept up with and we o ly booked because it was the only hotel with the slide available that weekend for our two kids to play in.

Staff unfriendly and rude. Room dirty, not vacuumed. Sheets had holes in them. Room had an unpleasant odor. Freezer completely closed with ice, unable to but anything in it. Shower curtain was old and dirt smudge marks. Bath tub dirty ring around it. Towels dingy, folded but not sure if they were clean. Breakfast area a big mess with food laying around on the counter, tables and the floor. Only a few quantities of items, food not restocked, better get there early if you want food. Trash over flowing, spilling into exit, north door. North door broke, unable to be secured. Anyone could walk in without a key, hotel very unsafe. Pool closed, looks like it has not been cleaned or chemicals put in it for years. Slide unsafe, rust bolts and stairs. Best to skip the place!!

Not very good stay, the knob on the shower was broken, outside door was bent or pried open and there was bugs, very unclean

We are on a trip to see relatives in another city, so we spent the night in Rapid City. The room was nice, comfortable beds, big bathroom, refrigerator & microwave, TV. It was quiet and easy to sleep.

We picked this property because it has a water slide and pool. The water slide doesn’t work and I wouldn’t let my dog swim in the pool. Bricks on wall falling off beside pool no one cleaned them up. Toilet in our room was balancing on wood shims. Tiles on floor in bathroom broken. Tried to call front desk but phone cord was ripped out of wall. It rained and had to put towels on floor to keep water out of room. Ceiling tiles collapsed in hall from ceiling flooding. Breakfast room flooded from rain so no breakfast. Unsure how ceiling was flooded from rain as the hotel has 3 floors and this was main floor. Bathtub was black with dirt and had trouble draining. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We do not expect anything fancy and are happy as long as it is clean. This place is NOT!!!! Do not stay here!!!!

Neither the hot tub, nor the slide were working and the pool water was a questionable green color. Breakfast options limited unless you want waffles. AC in the room never got very cool.

Horrible place to stay with my family. The room and beds were not nice and the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Definitely would not recommend!
