I got there within 10 minutes of the stay Iwas told I had to leave because my autistic brother couldnt stand still

Bed was comfy. Staff were nice. Pet friendly.

Noise from upstairs. Holes in two of the doors that had gone unrepaired for some time, according to an earlier review my wife read. Not very clean. Thin blankets. Room smelled musty.

On one side of bed there was popcorn crumbs and in the morning going to wash my face the towel had not been changed. It felt a little dirty. The carpet and furniture could do with a good clean. The pool was extremely misleading and super tiny but if you want your big toe to do a few laps perfect, the over whelming bleach smell was yuk but the cold water did refresh you the hot tub had nice strong jets the fitness room was equally disappointing the cross trainer did not work the treadmill and bike did work but all you can smell is the bleach from the pool while working out. Breakfast was average but the stewed apple was lovely. The free airport shuttle was great. Huge outdoor space for your pets. Staff where lovely. One big annoyance is the cleanliness and the super tiny swimming pool and the fitness center where hugely disappointing. I would not stay again but maybe it’s a case of you get what you paid for. Though I did not think it was super cheap.

The room was a great size. The staff was helpful.

Super dirty and hot. The pool had so much chlorine that it burnt your eyes, the work out room was so small and looked like a dungeon.

things seemed a bit old and worn (furniture). The bathroom didn’t have a fan so the humidity was an issue.

The rooms were spacious and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming.

We had the suites, I’m guessing those don’t get used very much. I would recommend staff run water in the kitchen sink on a regular basis. Every morning that I got up to make coffee, there were bugs in the sink or on the counter. This usually happens due to p-traps getting dry and attracting them.

Shower head sprayed too far and let water hit the back of the surround splashing onto floor Either the disinfectant or laundry soap cause an allergy type itch

The staff are every great, but the clean news was a little poor. I think due to cleaning staff being short.

The location was fine

The pool was reported as cold and not available to use. Noisy the manager was not very happy about giving us bedding for hide a bed. There was loud swearing in parking lot at 1:30 am

Amazing staff, great location, plenty of parking for a U-Haul and even though we paid for a regular room we got a suite and it was outstanding!!!

The neighbors were so loud. They kept us up all night.... If it weren't for that, I would have rated this a 10....
