Last min trip for a family funeral. Nice clean place. Was very happy with the place and the price and location.

I didnt give the room a 5 star only because the room had a musty smell. Everything else was A-ok!

The only fault I would say is a bit pricey for what the property is no pool/ hot tub but also being it was a race weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway I understand the room rates going up. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Well, for some reason that did not have our reservation and would not use the int # from hotel.com to look anything up. Very rude customer behind me asked for them to take care of them and the did just that. Overall rude and unfriendly. Will never try to stay there again and could possible not use hotel.com again.

I have stayed at this location a few times. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the rooms are usually clean and the bed is presented nicely when you first walk in the room. The air units work very well and over all was quit with limited noise. This is a cheaper stay so expect some "shadyness" at night. Other than that good cheap recommendation.

I had to take a star away from the cleanliness because I spotted a few roaches. I took a star away from the condition and facilities because of the stale smell and low water pressure. However I would stay again when I return to the area. I love the fact that I can bring both of my dogs with me.

Staff were all nice and the place is tidy. The rooms are great for the rate. Excellent location. Only issue I had was with the wasp nest on the stairs being there all week after being advised. Other than that it was great.

Is an old motel it smelled in room from AC unit. Definitely need to be updated.

My fiancée was biten by fleas. We did not have pets but advised by Dr that she had been biten by fleas. So if you're traveling without pets and don't want or are allergic fleas probably don't want to stay here. The room was clean bed was comfortable.

We were in town for a college orientation for my child and had limited options as there was a major concert in town. Having a relatively high star and customer based rating, we stayed one night and checked out next morning. This place sketched me out all night. Walking in, there were stains on the drapes, the chair was destroyed, and a laughable safe that had no door. I definitely wont be back and I would've recommend unless you just want a hole in the wall olace to rest your head.

Counter / table was dirty. Socks were left in the bathroom.

The floors were NASTY. Hair on toilets and bed, sheets stained. Bed hard as a rock. Noone answers front desk phone. Manager refused a refund. Dont stay here

Lots of sketchy people in and out and hanging around outside. Wi-Fi has not worked

Loved the fact that they were so nice. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. We stayed 5 nights and they were all good.

My stay was not bad. While the room was clean there was a little too much deodorizer used in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. So I would say the Oder keeps me from giving 5 stars.

Didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel when I booked. Our room smelled like a pet had camped there for sure! The A/C worked about half. I reserved thru a third party & it was non- refundable or we would have moved on down the highway. If you are traveling with pets it would be ok but next time I’ll research for a no pets hotel. Lesson learned! Glad we were just traveling through.

Very clean and welcoming

This is a great place to stay in Johnson City, especially for the price point. Its pretty centrally located and gives quick access to many restaurants, shopping and even the mall. We’ve stayed here a couple of time and enjoyed both stays. The rooms are small, but they’re clean and have all the basic necessities you’d want when traveling. The linens are good, too. But, my favorite part is the air conditioning. Our first room was so cold you could hang meat in it, which is absolutely perfect for us. We had the best couple of nights sleep in a long while, because the room was so dark and cool. Bravo! We will be back next weekend!

Bad location. Clear drug activity in the parking lot and questionable people! The bed was terrible needs new mattress. The microwave didn’t work and the door barely locked!! Red roof never again.
