Room smelled switched to another and that one had bugs crawling in the bathroom. Never even put our luggage down. Wouldn't give a refund. We took the loss and stayed at Doubletree

it’s in a great area. it looks as though the new owner is making headway on updating the place. the room we stayed in had new beds, new decor, and was super comfy.

The rooms are not well taken care of air/heat would not work, bathroom sink was stopped up. Coffee maker was dirty.

The outside area in front was not light up. could smell strong cigarette smoke in my room when there non smoking rooms. air conditioner was very obnoxious. Hair dryer didn’t work

Filthy. Smelled of urine. Change rooms twice but had to leave after finding urine stains on mattress, sheets and mattress pas.

Location was convenient. Lots of parking. Hot water came on quickly for shower. Location was quiet. No rowdy behavior.

Breakfast was poorly attended. No hot water for tea or preparing hot cereal. I had several insect bites during the night. You might want to fumigate room 314. There was a large recessed drainage gate directly in front of the stairs going from the parking lot down to 314. One hand rail was loose. We were able to park at the end of the building and avoid these steps, but this stairway was very awkward for my wife who is unsteady due to a stroke and I'm sure it was uncomfortable for others.

Old and not clean

The jacuzzi tub in our room was amazing!

Could have used a newer mattress as it was old and thinner.

I didn't like the fact that on the website it showed a swimming pool that was available for access in the summer and when I got there it was closed due to construction and they couldn't find my reservation
