Reservation was made through “Hotels.com” and gave an agreeable price which said “All taxes and fees included” well apparently not as I had to pay a $100 security deposit upon check in.
Then found chair in room 717 broken when friend leaned back in it. Immediately called front desk to report. Bed on left side of room had support arms sticking out 3-4 inches. Toilet was made for small people. Only one small garbage can in room near toilet and one wash cloth in room. DO BETTER!

Lobby is beautiful but hallway and room were in poor condition. Room smelled musty and mildewy, and there was no bathroom fan or any kind of ventilation. Carpet was coming up in several spots throughout the room and hallway. Shpwer had no liner so water got all over. No hand soap or washcloths in the bathroom. Staff were great and helpful but the rooms desperately need attention.

We stayed for a wedding in town and it was okay. Garbages were still full from previous guest, tv did not work and we had to go to a different floor for ice.

On checking in the front desk staff could not have been nicer. The room was a nice room but the toilet bowl had not been cleaned. It was gross. But the people were very nice, breakfast was good, the room was decent (although missing a couple small amenities).

This hotel is great but it needs maintenance. Raquel the bar tender is awesome. Also nice and very good at her job.

My wife left her id and the hotel staff stole her jacket. The staff was rude and did not honor the incidental rate from the first day for the other days I stayed here.

This place was was horrible blood on bed the beds in the room toilet still had poop in it and smoke all in the halls of a non smoking area

While the check in experience itself was smooth, we had to change rooms twice before we got the room we had booked. The front desk was understaffed and the lady assisting customers was trying to handle customers as well as calls and requests by herself, leading to confusion in designating the correct room. The public areas are large and open but there are few amenities or food available. The on site restaurant is open only for limited hours. On the plus side, the staff is courteous and the rooms were spacious.

I reserved rooms advertised for 2 Queen beds and they were clearly full beds. Not ideal for what we needed. Lobby looks nice, rooms and pool area need major updates. There were very loud guests on our floor during all hours of the night and not much was done to stop it. Not enough staff to run the joint if you ask me. Lots of waiting around for supplies, help, and check in.

Left review last night. Awful service. Inconvenienced with going back to front desk after elevator ride and walk to room only to find key was never activated. Co worker had to go back to front desk bc their room had major maintenance issues. Elevators and floors were dirty. Rooms were extremely outdated. Not at all what was expected.

The room was filthy, mold. Carpet dirty and tattered. The bathroom was very dirty mold in. Burners tub not clean. We had less than a half roll of toilet paper upon arrival. We went to the desk daily to ask , we were told it would be brought up. The next day we found a cleaning person in the hall and got two rolls. The following day a cleaning person removed the extra roll from our room. Again out of toilet paper. I called the desk this time a half roll not packaged was brought to our room. We also were short on towels 2 thin bath towel. One wash cloth and one hand towel. The bed was never made or changed and towels were not replaced. We spent a week at the hotel.

The room was a little disappointing. Very dingy looking, outdated and it looked like a room that smokers been smoking there for years. The bad part was the blocked fire exit stairway with a stack of chairs right in front of it. This was right next to my room. I told the front desk twice and nothing was done. This is how tragic accidents can happen in a fire. This is unacceptable! I have pics but for some reason I cannot add them?

It was a very nice hotel. We walked to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast Friday morning so it was nice that it was so close. The room was rather cold when we arrived, but we turned the air up when we got in.

Check in was easy except we didn't know exactly where it was located. People at desk were very nice. The room looks dated. No USB plugs at all or no clock near the bed. They could solve both of these with one clock that has USB plugs on it. The room was clean. There was zero view. We were on second floor and looked over the rocked from roof that had several satellite dishes. That was minor but a bit disappointing. Bed was comfortable for us, more soft than firm. It was OK overall but expected more from Hyatt.

Take your breakfast voucher to breakfast. The hotel will not credit your bill if you forget it and try to later get the refund.

The hall time the pool was closed, We went to that Hotel because we have kids and they love play on the pool. We stay for 4 days and the pool was close the 4 days its not fair for the customers

We have stayed at this property a few times over the years and it has been pretty good. We have noticed the over all upkeep of the property and cleanliness had slipped when we stayed last year. On this trip, it has deteriorated to a level where we will not be returning. The lobby, elevators and our guest room were not clean. My wife found toe nail clippings and debris in our room from previous guests and wanted to leave and go to another hotel.

Even though I went complained my room not being clean there answer was we don’t have enough staff to clean your room.i have to clean my room my self for four night stay there lobby was so mast and dirty look like staying in motel instead of hotel.we had very bad experience will never go back there and recommend anyone.

I found dirty underwear in my room. The tub was dirty. It was extremely cold and the pool was out of service. I’ll never stay here again.

Bianca at the front desk was very nice. Amidst the crowded hotel the area was clean, parking convenient, and clientele decent. I would stay again.

The air conditioning was not working at all for night 1 of our stay. Our room was not cleaned, even after we asked for it. There is no proper bedding - it is flat sheet with a throw and another sheet to mimic a duvet/comforter. Not worth a stay at all. Very outdated hotel - much more than photos can show.
