Room was rather cold on arrival. Warmed up in the evening when central heating came on but htg was off again by 10pm. Otherwise ok for an overnight.

Lovely hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. The bar is also very nice.

Decent hotel but parking was challenging. We had to pay 12 at the desk and another 5 on our way out from the attendant, The staff was not very helpful with prescription glasses that were left behind. Asked reception if I could pay for postage to have them sent to me back home in the US and was told that I would have to arrange for carrier. I had no idea what they were talking about. I don't understand why they couldn't put them in a FedX box and charge me for the postage. I'm sure I am not the first person to leave something behind. Even if the option was to pick them up in Dublin from the other LEONARDO hotel that would have worked. Send them two e-mails before calling and still have not heard from management.

We had two rooms here for our family of five. It was a great property with very friendly service. It was about a five minute walk to a closed off road that is only for pedestrians that had lots of shopping and dining options. I would definitely stay here if we came back to town.

I really liked this hotel. The pre check-in wasn't that great but the rest of the stay was good. Great breakfast! And the restaurant/bar was a great way to end the day. Connor the bartender was fantastic!!

Very nice room, good location, clean, helpful staff. No air conditioning on a warm day meant a warm room, and parking is just ok (we got lucky and got into hotel parking area).

The Leonardo is not quite a 4 star, more like 3/3.5. Clean but a bit worn. The woman who checked us in didn’t give good info for the area. The are outside our room was very noisy all night also.

The hotel itself was very deceiving from the pictures online. The room was not very clean ands had a mild odor to it. The body wash dispenser was broke and only worked over then you had to wait about 30 seconds to pump it again. The bath filled up with water half way while i was taking a shower and the plug was OPEN

2 night stay with my husband and friends. Parking in closed parking area very close by. Receptionist very helpful. Room not brand new but okay. Walking distance to center of Cork. Bus station just next door.

Great location near bus and rail stations, but also near city sights; front staff was superb; wonderful breakfast buffet; requested room facing away from streets, so noise wasn’t too bad; only issue was no individual room temperature control, so room got a bit warm at night.

NO AIRCONDITIONING! If you open your windows, there’s minimal air circulation and the streets are noisy. Bartender had no idea how to make a Whiskey Sour either!

Limited parking on site, right by the main road and thus noisy all night. Hotel itself is excellent and a great location to explore Cork. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet top notch. Dining was good with selection of typical pub food.

I really appreciated the great service. I was provided with an adapter because I forgot mine and we were provided with a heater for our room.
However, the flooring carpet was quite unclean and I felt like housekeeping wasn’t cleaning it thoroughly. I would appreciate it if cleanliness of the carpet was better and cleaning of the bathroom.

I loved the Hotel. The staff-all of the staff- were lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, but near a sketchy neighborhood. The food was delightful, but limited menu early in the evening. I would return. I felt safe inside of the hotel, but, again, I wouldn’t travel alone at night.

Good property for what I paid. Nothing short fancy. Clean and staff was nice. However the street behind the hotel is filled with junkies who are sometimes yelling and screaming.

The Expedia description is not exact. Parking is a nightmare. Front desk agent Alexandra was not helpful at all. The rooms were extremely warm. Our room the tub had hair all in it. The table had burns marks all over it. The chair looked like someone peed in it. Terrible tried to get moved and couldnt.

This was a lovely place to stay. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Especially Halana at reception. And Karol at the breakfast. The hotel was very clean, although some sprucing up of the curtains and carpet may be nice. The location was convenient for transportation, the English Market, and the day tour buses. The area was a bit sketchy, but I consider that normal for a downtown area. I wouldn’t have felt safe alone at night, but I wasn’t foolish enough to do that! The food was delicious in the restaurant. I loved the breakfast buffet. I also enjoyed the dinner. Superb service and food. I would highly recommend this hotel.
