The location is a pretty straightforward drive from the airport and gives easy access to many attractions.
Our 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit was clean, well-equipped, spacious and very comfortable for 4 adults for our weeklong visit.
All staff were courteous and helpful.
Guests behaved considerately & respectfully towards each other.
The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay again.

Very dirty building. The clerk sold us on upgrading to a “newly” remodeled unit. Nothing was new about it!! All appliances are from the 90s. We basically paid for a first floor unit and right outside our door there was an old couch with mold on it, looks like it had been there a long time. Don’t pay for upgraded rooms! One of the bathrooms had mold on the tub and faucets.

They upgraded us to a townhouse. Bed was good, had 3 bathrooms furniture outdated and uncomfortable sliding door took muscle to open view was construction site of other townhomes
Pool was ok but tiki bar was not open and looked like it was closed for a while. The food at restaurant was awful and thats being nice

Our unit was clean. Beds were comfortable. No ice maker in refrigerator, but ice maker was installed when reported. The vacuum cleaner did not work. Overall the unit worked well for us but does need to be updated. We would come back.

Roaches, dirty had to clean the rooms ourselves… old furniture (didn’t really care about that) the nastiest curtains, only one burner on the stove worked…. & they do not have a shuttle for sea world (even tho it said it online) I will say the bedding was clean!

Super nice. They recently renovated their rooms, very modern and clean on the inside. I read mixed reviews about this hotel but decided to take a chance on it and it was great. It’s 5 mins from SeaWorld and Aquatica. Lots of places to eat near by. Really recommend this one.

The staff was friendly and nice. The location of the property was perfect. Everything is near by, parks, stores etc. the condo was very clean and nice. It gave a homey feeling. We loved it.

Room was comfortable it came with ants and we were visited by cockroaches. Toilets are too low, it is difficult use it. Dishes had little food residues. The hotel doesn't provide the sponge to wash them.

King bed was hard as a rock.. could not sleep comfortably for 2 nights. No lighting in either room or ceiling fans for circulation room was stuffy

I encountered roach after roach as well other bugs that were not roaches. I switched rooms and was upgraded to a “premium” room to be greeted by a roach on the wall. I started to cook and another roach came out for dinner. The overall experience was ok. The restaurant and bar were very nice. The staff were friendly. The yards were beautiful. If you don’t mind living with roaches, I highly recommend.

This property was not what we thought it was going to be the furniture was out dated curtains tore the bedroom was missing a curtain the ice maker was broken not enough channels on the t.v it was very disappointing.

I stay here very often. It’s always great. I just wished I was told the elevator was broke and I was on the 3rd floor. And it was broke my whole stay😑

It was a great stay, very quiet the pool and the jacuzzi was wonderful , the front desk was helpful and awesome open 24/7.
Close to all attractions stores and restaurants near by good area! My only thing is the rooms needs to be updated my guests said the beds weren’t too comfortable, and old style couch but other than that the rooms service , in the morning g the knock on your door to provide towels and take the old ones away and the trash it was a nice gesture ! And overall the price was amazing for the area! Will come back again

This is a very clean, quiet property. It is well appointed. It is an excellent location if you're going to the theme parks. They have an excellent restaurant on site.

This was a great place to stay with my family for the price. We were able to take advantage of the stocked kitchen and save money by not eating all our meals out. We liked the split floor plan which seperated our room from the kids. The only thing we didn't like was the extremely firm bed mattress, but it was fine for just 2 nights.

The state of the room needed repair work. Caulking was peeling off the bathtub, the rugs were dirty feeling, and the closet & sliding doors were very hard to open.
The room was not ready when we arrived on time at 4 pm. We were forced to downgrade from my booked room size and received no cost reduction. After the first night, my room keys stopped working. I had to return to the office to get the key corrected. That is when I found out that when I checked in, they didn’t complete my check-in. This occurred three more times, which was very inconvenient after getting to the room to find out I had to return to the front desk.
