Very clean, new beds, friendly staff but no free parking although indicated on Hotels.com

It was good to find somewhere, during Covid-19 that was super-clean, well managed and friendly.

Given the Covid crisis, this hotel did weverything they could to make me feel settled.

Very near shopping center and inside it a super big supermarket. Walking distance to the town center too, where there are a lot of churches.

Clean and comfortable hotel with easy parking a short walk from the city centre.

Convenient location just a couple of tram stops from the old centre. Tram station right opposite hotel. Parking ok (but underground hotel carpark vehicle height less than 2m, so if you have a roofbox you'll have to park outside which is by meter). The hotel is what you would expect from an Ibis - it does the job, and this one was particularly well priced when we stayed compared to the central Ibis.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the metro, had onsite parking, and the room was clean, though a bit dated.

Had difficulty finding it. Very helpful reception. Charge for underground parking but on street available. Small room but clean and comfortable.

Room very small but if all you want is some where to lay your head really doesnt matter about 15 min walk from the centre of Rouen. The room was clean, but tired and the vacuuming could have been better ie dusty at the edges and behind door. Popular with tours as there were coaches outside both mornings. Cant comment on breakfast as we didnt have one. Wouldnt rule out booking again but would probably look to be near the centre of town. Also hard to work out how to pull up outside, finding it not hard but we did have to park up on a side street, and go in and ask, as did the couple signing in in front of us. One bonus was the secure parking

Typical IBIS hotel suitable for 1 or 2 days nothing special but suitable, if you get the good price deal.

It was hard to find the hotel entrance; had to drive on sidewalk. Parking in the garage was difficult, and there was inadequate lighting. The room was small, but one side of the bed was against a sloping eave which made it impossible to stand up without hitting one's head. Wi-fi signal was weak. The room had only two bath towels; no face towels. On the plus side, the location is convenient, and the staff were all very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and a good value for the price. Short walk to city center, or take the Metro which stops right at the hotel.

Hotel was fine but very difficult to find in Rouen, due to roadworks closing the entrance road, and actual entrance to hotel quite difficult to locate. We had two rooms one for myhusband and I and one for our 15 year old daughter, one was excellent but the other smelled very heavily of cigarettes which was quite disapointing. rest of hotel was fine and staff very polite and friendly, breakfast lovely.

It is an older ibis and is looking a bit tired. However, the room was clean and we had a great nights sleep. Annoy fault it. Location was god- we had a nice walk into the main town..

Stayed for 3 nights in August 2012. The hotel is not in the nicest area and was difficult to find as the roads around the area are very confusing and chaotic. We managed to get lost each time we came back to the hotel in the car. Although it has its benefits in being within walking distance of the city centre we were quite scared on our walk home! The secure parking is good. The reception area was nice and has obviously been modernised. The room had everything you needed but was small and quite shabby with a an old dirty looking carpet. The bed was very hard. The bathroom was clean but again could have done with a fresh lick of paint and an extractor fan as there was the beginnings of some mould in one of the corners. Breakfast was standard, worth 9 euros for the convenience as we didnt find many other places to eat nearby, but not 9 euros worth of food. In summary - good parking, horrible area, shabby room in need of a refurb. Basic accommodation which provides everything you might need but goes no further.

Great location, shopping centre and restaurants over the road. Walk through the centre and out the other side and turn left, lots of great cafes n restaurants. Or walk into city centre, amazing building and restaurants and lots of shops. Extremely helpful hotel staff.
