Room was a little worn, but clean. Good breakfast.

The pool water was freezing cold and the bathtubs need to be scrubbed out badly

There is mold growing in the vanity cabinet drawer. Not a little bit, the entire bottom of the drawer coated in mold. There are two open faucet holes on the vanity that makes it look incomplete or not cared about. Graffiti marks in the shower along with someone’s medical wrist band from the hospital. Zero rags to wash up with. Mini fridge was knocked over when we entered the room. Looked like the pillows were slept on and not touched or moved. Breakfast was a joke. If I was paying 40 dollars a night or by the hour this is what I’d expect.

On the older side. Towels were dingy, toilet seat loose. Ants came out of the cranberry juice dispenser😬 basic food was fine. Pool & fitness room looked clean but did not use.

Room was hot and smelled when we came in went to turn on ac and the vents were gross needed to be cleaned. Fridge was dirty inside. Beds were comfy thankfully only there to sleep for one night

Bathroom was disgusting

I liked the area surrounding the hotel and the rooms are very nice.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Would stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights so far. Went to the desk to extend my stay and apparently it wasn’t done correctly. Im now being told to extend my stay at a significantly higher rate than before or pay a late checkout fee due to no fault of my own.

Dirty, stands really bad in the room. Shower curtains had yellow stains. Expected me to make 2 payment due to their system error and harassed us for the payment. Do yourself a favor and never stay here!!!

I didn't feel that the staff was doing their jobs. I had two problems with my room (bathtub drain, fridge freezer blocked with ice). Nothing was done about them.

They are upgrading the facility and the beds were really nice and comfortable. The bathroom sink and bathtub drains didn’t work and needed Snaking because they were such slow drains. If you upgraded the bathroom tiles and drains, this would have been close to five stars from me.

Bugs unclean breakfast horrible

If you like cleanliness, DON'T STAY HERE. There were bugs in the picture frames, the A/C was broke in the room, and the shower had low pressure and had black build up coming out of the faucet. Had to switch rooms 3 times. Even then we woke up to ants crawling on us. The breakfast was subpar and their waffle maker was broken.

It was under Staffed..Bathroom comode was shut off due leaking water everywhere..Shower curtin was off and laying in the sink..The second room they gave me had no shower curtin and I had to repair the toliet seat before we could use the bathroom,,Also the bathroom light would keep shutting on and off.Over all I rate this as very very poor excuse for a hotel..I will never recomend this place to anyone...Again it was very very poor overall..

Staff was friendly. No complaints other than toilet had urine in it and parking was minimal. Otherwise I was pleased. I did like the paintings on the walls. Walk in shower was nice.

Nice place, had trouble with door not locking, so were moved to another room. Breakfast was ok, not a big selection. Staff was very friendly.

The room and bed were comfortable. I liked the mural behind the bed. The AC unit is a bit loud, blows the curtains and is a bit too close to the bed. Bathrooms need to be updated. One bathroom light bulb was out and we had them replace it. There was no TP in the wall dispenser when we checked in and had to install myself. Nothing awful, but nothing special either. There was a lot of street noise. Breakfast was very mediocre. Eggs were cold and breakfast options were limited.

Very responsive staff and good choices for breakfast. Doing some work in gym and pool so neither seemed available but nice days so walked outside. I’ve been coming to this place annually for 6 years and I was pleased with how they have made it nicer in the rooms and kitchen area.

When we arrived it was about 5pm and there was a sign saying that someone would be back in "up to 5 minutes" because they were assisting other guests. We waited way longer than 5 minute's and eventually decided to call the hotel. Someone picked up and we explained we were waiting to check in and before my fiance could hang up the woman he was talking to on the phone came out from a back room behind the desk. My finace handed her his debit card to pay for the depost but the woman said she couldn't use a debit card and that it had to be a credit card to pay for the deposit, we were confused as to why that mattered. Thankfully, I had a credit card on me and went on to try to enjoy our stay. It wasn't exactly the best first impression, I wouldn't say we are unreasonable people, but I'm sure there are others that wouldn't appreciate the lack of customer service right when they arrive. Overall, the stay was average. It was a decent price per night to stay. The room was clean and quiet but did lack some cosmetic detail such as unfinished painting on the bathroom walls.

I like that they are updating. I don’t like that on a very busy weekend, there was only one person working. We heard it was her first day. She was a champ. Very busy and the included breakfast was hit or miss. Never toast or bagels but she tried to keep up with the coffee, eggs and sausage. It was clean enough. The refrigerator needed defrosted. The beds were clean and soft with enough pillows. The towels could have been brighter and softer. For the price, it was enough.

I was pleased with the room in terms of cleanliness, price and location. I wasn't pleased with the towels that were not replenished and the agent swiped my card several times which resulted in multiple holds on my account
