We had no heat the first and second night they wanted to move us. The sink was leaking. They did give us credit on the resort fee, but it was very very noisy because they were striking across the street. I wish they would’ve told us. It was just a big mess

Television were small. The room was hot, the furnace was not working. Our room was not cleaned daily.

Very nice stay the only downside was the protest across the street was very loud throughout the entire 3 day stay including the middle of night.

This hotel, should be demolished and replaced. It is very outdated and kinda coming apart at the seams.

The key card kept losing its code. The final time was at 2am after getting my boyfriend to the airport. Night staff said the computer didn't show me as a guest and wouldn't rekey my card. I asked "So then, where should I sleep till morning staff comes" reply was "I don't know" there was no offer to try and figure out the situation and no offer to have a seat in the check in area. I was not in the mood to fight it out with person and had remembered i left a bathroom window open so politly walked away. After spending too much time trying to awake problem solving and entering through the bathroom window i was now stuck in my room unable to leave to get me keys until my boyfriend landed m and was able to call management. With all times lost i now needed a late check out, which they seam to have a policy on not giving late check outs, if they do is only for 1 hour. When asking for extra time i was told they would charge me another days stay. I pushed the fact that i had been locked out for most of the we hours in the morning the clerk then went to ask Management who finally ok'ed extra time. Key card kept turning off making check out even slower and harder. While waiting for security to come open the door for my final trip to the car it was said the computer takes out previous guest names real early and that is possibly why i couldn't get a rekey at 2am.

Was good outside of the strike across the street going 24/7 so hard to sleep

It was very loud. Even though i had the do not disturb sign up everyday they would still knock and attempt to come in and i would get woken up. People just leave tons of trash in front of their door and food was all across the hall walking in. Stayed here before and it was good this experience wasnt the best. And they did a deposit of 75$ a day and i never had that before so i have over 300$ that i have to wait for them to release.

It was great atmosphere, if was summer it probably would have been different we enjoyed the heated pool in November

Alexis charged me twice the room rent. I had given credit card for authorization, however they debitted me twice

Advertising as a resort is a joke, no cutlery, crockery, glasses, not even a bottle opener!
Bathroom sink drain clogged, windows secured closed or really difficult to open. Would not recommend, way over priced.

Right next to the airport so it was extremely loud! Rooms are old and out dated but they were clean and the air conditioner was loud. Theres no elevator if your on top floor. The location is good, close to the strip but I wouldn't stay there again.

The overall stay was great and I love going there , sad to say I won't be because of high fees and what they take out when you check out or take a partial payment back when you paid in full and you end up with those fees, but they tell you your paid up till you check leaving you wondering why you got the partial payment back in the first place

From the start, the room was extremely clean, even better than 5 star hotels. The environment was quiet and the staff very accommodating. When we ate at the bar and grill restaurant, the young man server who helped us was very nice and personable. He understood his roll as server and respect and knowing the product he was serving. Thank you so much for the service of this hotel.

Check-in was ok - associate was only tepidly friendly checking in our group. Lounge was pleasant, but seemed understaffed. Waitress seemed to be gone for long periods of time and the dish washer must have been on vacation, because once the glassware ran out, we were switched to plastic cups. Not cool. Rooms were fantastic - well appointed and comfortable. Security walking around the premises a lot - felt safe.

Stayed 2 days mid week for work. I slept like baby. Property was very quiet. I stayed in the 2 story loft. The bed was soft. There was security riding around the property on a bike which I liked because it made me comfortable knowing that there is someone there to protect the property at all times.The price was great.. the staff and room were perfect. I would stay again next time I’m in Vegas.

First of all, I probably WOULD stay here on another trip to LV. I appreciate the reasonable room rate, off-strip location, free parking, and non-casino atmosphere. Also, they have nightly shows and a restaurant, but we did not use either of those.
Our suite was large and clean. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioner would shut off in the middle of the night for no reason and we woke up to a warm room every morning.
Housekeeping was very responsive and efficient. However, the down side is that Alexis Park has the feel of a slightly run down all-inclusive resort. The grounds are pretty, but the 2nd and 3rd pool could use some love. We stayed near the 3rd pool, and it had only about 6 well-worn chaise lounges and 3 tired umbrellas. 7/10

Don’t be fooled by the pictures online like we did. This is basically what used to be a low end apartment complex with a fancy new lobby (lipstick on a pig). Our room was falling apart, cracked ceiling, no hot water in the bathroom sink, a/c didn’t always work, no linens for the sofa bed (the said they were out of stock at the moment?). We only booked this place because it was a decent price and the pictures online looked good. The plus is that it is located near the strip. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone.
