We were there just for one night and arrived late but we appreciate the comfort of people room.

The room was lovely, close to downtown and dinner options. The tvs did not work well.

No easy access for entry with luggage.
No valet available at time of check-in.

We booked this property for convenience of the location as we were attending the Theo Von show. When we arrived the parking lot said full, but when we went in the man at the front desk (I forget his name) provided us with a ticket to get into the parking lot - and upon check out we realized the fee was covered - so thank you for that!!

My stay was great! The staff were welcoming as always, they left a nice greeting card on the bed. Late into the night the staff were also quite nice! The only real complaint i have was the room had no solid curtains just sheer. It was quite difficult to get a solid rest. Aside that great stay

The inside of our room has a mold- musty smell

I’ve never met a nicer manager than Janine. She responded to my online complaint about asking for a room with a view promptly and rectified the situation. She was also genuinely nice and not condescending. Will recommend CP to my family and friends and the FB travel groups I’m in.

The only complaint I have is that it was impossible to get the room to a comfortable temperature. When we put the cool air on it was too cold and with it off it was too warm so we were all night switching it off and on. It was also noisy.

There was no garbage can in our room at all. Not even in the bathroom. The Tv didn’t turn on, battery in the remote was dead. Other than that it was good.

We always stay in Moncton on our way to PEI, Nova Scotia or Newfoundland. This was our first stay at the Crowne Plaza and we will definitely use them again on our next trip.

This was a quick stay that we needed as we were travelling to Nova Scotia via Moncton. The plus side is because it’s pet friendly, our two large Siberian huskies enjoyed the stay just as much as we enjoyed the stay.
