The house keeping lady was very rude she knew I was still sleeping because I told her that to come back after 12pm but she didn’t care at all

Old and in need of refurbishment. Room was dusty and not particularly clean.

Everything sucks about this place in a ghetto area breakfasts sucks rooms are lil better.Every site should take this hotel off the list.I need a refund ASAP

Check in, poor service. Not really hospitality and or service minded staff, not a great customer journey. Rooms, ok but nothing great. Different than the pictures on the website promises. Its not dirty, but not clean as well. We made some small complaints with the staff, and only one of the issues was resolved. They never followed up on the other issues and or complaints. Rooms aren’t acoustically good, i had the room next to an elevator and a loud Chinese sports-team across the hall. Not good for your sleep time. The beds in the rooms are ok, the sheets are less attractive. We found stains on the sheet that stayed there for four days. They just make up the bed but don’t change the sheets. They also don’t vacuum the floor, there is visible dust in the room and the air quality is not good. Outside environment is a lot of waste of all kind, not an environment where you would like to receive guests. Several people hanging round the hotel. It feels like you are in a abundant area. When you come back to the hotel in the evening, staff just looks but says nothing. Breakfast, very average. Staff is far from service minded. They greet you if you greet them. Thats it. No customer journey here as well. Wifi available, however not stable. It goes down very often. Overall, we would rate it at a zero (0). Not to come back anymore and we wont make reservations with a Novotel anymore. Advice: dont book this hotel!

When we booked a room in this hotel it says 1 double bed and 2 single bed when we went their they have provided 1 double bed and 2 sofa bed the staff was very rude martyna a hotel manager she was very very rude would never go back to this hotel

We like the breakfast variety and the pool.

The hotel is on a great location. In the middle....20 min fron disneyland and 20 min from Paris. They also have a parking place the cost for this is 12 euro a day. Breakfast was not that great but just oke.

Housekeeping non existent. Bathroom not cleaned our entire stay ( 7 nights. ) they would just put a roll of toilet paper if finished and add towels, sometimes only hand towels and if you needed bath towels, you may as well ship them in. Had to phone 3 to 4 times for anything requested. They don’t vacuum the rooms, take out trash, change bedding Basically, the lady would just make up the bed in such a terrible way it looked like my kids did it. Very disappointed, first time staying at a Novotel brand. Won’t return 😢

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and my two boys(9 and 6). It is in a perfect location if you’re planning to do sightseeing in the centre of Paris and go to Disneyland, which is only a few metro stops away. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a shopping centre where the metro is(RER A) and there’s also a carrefur(a supermarket) where we easily got what we needed for our days out. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and could all speak English, which helped a lot as despite our efforts, our French was very basic. As the hotel is in a commercial area, there weren’t options of restaurants at our doorstep so, for our convenience, for two nights we had dinner at the hotel. Food was good. We were all very happy with the soups in the starters section which gave us all some much needed vegetables, considering the amount of chips and bread that we had been eating. The mains were basic but expensive so we shared a few. The only downside was the size of the room. For a family of 4 we were given quite a small room, but didn’t bother us too much as we literally used it just to sleep. Beds were comfortable and room was always clean.

Good pool and we’ll located for Disney and Paris. Surrounding area was a bit rough!

Staff were very welcoming, helped us with what we needed and assisted us with everything, their coffee was great and pool was very nice kids made a load of friends overall stay was 10/10

A bit less quality than you would expect from a Novotel

We are Novotel fans and always book with Novotel if and when rooms exist. Therefore our expectations were high when traveling here. The room as always was great however the service and breakfast were far from Novotel standard. Getting a soft drink from reception was greeted by rolling eyes of the employee who obviously has little experience in hotel service.

This hotel is not a 4 star Expedia needs to re star this hotel suprised by this Novotel hotel no air con no iron room telephone does not work just shocking

I didnt like that none of the 3 rooms I booked 207, 209 and 211 had air conditioning. My family and I had to rely on oscillating fans to keep us cool.

Clean, tidy, bar areas and restaurant spotless. Pool isn’t quite what the pictures show but still it’s decent enough on a hot day for dip. We stayed for Disney and the pizza at the 24 hour bar were great for a snack after getting in at late hours. Really well positioned with a shopping centre opposite with resturants & carrefour too for bits

No AC in the entire hotel. But on request, one can get pedestal fan but that too if requests in day time.

First of all There is no AC in this hotel One of the Elevator was not working. I stayed 3 nights and was not fixed. When we entered the room , floor was wet and smelling really bad. I asked to change the room and got the room next day only. There is no exhaust/fan in bathroom. So imagine how difficult it is.

Cleanliness of the room is too poor, we stayed for 5 days and the bathroom wasn't wash

Located far from Paris, close to dysney, rooms are good and calm, they just gave us one bottle of water and one sparkling despite we were 3 persons. There's usually lack of staff specially in Bar. Also the person is responsible to the swimming pool was very aggressive with us, he talk un politly twice. But there's a woman in the reception was very good and facilitate check in - out very quickly.

Really nothing special. The metro is 12 minute walk. The area in which this hotel is located is a bit shady and dirty. You don’t feel safe.

Noisy room, we could hear the highway. Rooms small. Otherwise it is clean and the breakfast is good

I booked 4 days and in view of my schedule change only live there 1 day . the reservation is not allowed to be canceled . such a "pity".

The hotel service was so rubbish, got to the breakfast at 9 and one of the staff said breakfast is finished , I had small kids with and they were so hungry. Not good

The location is very good in terms of transport. There were lots of families staying at hotel. The RER station is 7 min walk from the hotel and Paris and Disneyland is reachable via train. The breakfast was not really great but ok. The staffs was very friendly. They have a underground parking facility but struggling to park when the facility almost full. The housekeeping was not good. Seems to be they cleaned the room every day but the cleaning was not up to the mark. There is no air conditioning in the room and the room was very hot. However, they provided a fan for us which helps.

Parking was incredibly awkward. Car park is very tight and pricey (it does state there’s a cost) rooms were ok as we just needed somewhere to stay whilst visiting Disney which they were prefect for. But for a Novotel was disappointed as to how tired rooms were, especially the bathrooms
