Upon arrival.. remote batteries were dead and didn’t work at all.. and the staff at the front desk were behind rude especially towards my kids. They treated us as if they didn’t want kids staying in their hotel unless we had a high status. We were there less than 30 minutes and the kids (15 and 13) wanted to just check out the hotel like that do and have all of the 30+ hotel we have stayed in, but the staff was very rude and even called the room and demanded I get them to return to the room asap. They were not loud, causing any damage or concern, nor were they attempting to enter rooms that weren’t our room.

Property itself was average.stayed 2nights,and at check in the lady was unprofessional.Day 2 was the same,they have bad attitude.

This hotel had plenty of parking. The hotel was clean and the bedding & bed were great. The restaurant attached was so convenient. I appreciated it being right there. The location was perfect on and off highway.

Had to pay a huge fee if you even wanted breakfast
Front desk made me pay $100 deposit and said it would be refunded after my stay - but it’s been over a week and still nothing. If you try and call - no one ever answers
Room had broken locks on the door- no windows, bed was super uncomfortable
Housekeeping comes by at 9am pounding on your door and wakes you up when you’re trying to sleep in

Hotel is old and neglected, in the first room they assigned me the a/c was not working, after going downstairs and across the hall the attendant at the front desk ( good customer service) assigned a different room, the bed had one of the supporting legs broken so the bed was slanted on one side, the bat tub was old and dirty looking withe cracks all over.

Overall, a good stay. There are two Holiday Inns together. This one is at the top of the hill.

Check in gal was excellent, a great multi-tasker, efficient and professional. Bar tender was pleasant, accommodating and friendly. I would give it any excellent, but the property is a little dated, but over-all a great value, clean and friendly.

I called ahead of time to let front desk know we were arriving late. And asked if our two rooms were located near each other. He said same floor.. but I will move you right next to each other! He was pleasant! Servers at breakfast were very friendly!

The TV in my room did not work until someone came to fix it. The air conditioning did not work until someone came to fix it. The door would not open from one Side. I locked the other side and the maintenance man had to come and open the door for me. Even though they say that there’s a shuttle starting at 4:30 in the morning there was none and it wasn’t until a pilot needed a ride at the same time as I did, 6 AM a driver to take us to the airport. When I tried to call the front desk several times both in the evening and in the morning no one answered. It was a very frustrating experience.

Very good Hotel sketchy area! Do not go to the gas station to fuel after10:00 pm and beware of the Waffle House due to the motel 6 adjacent! Dine at the restaurant inside the Hotel and you're all good!

Fourth floor was under construction, it's a long walk towards the elevator that takes you to your floor. Fourth floor was under construction I assume, floor and walls in the left a lot to desire, looked kinda creepy and out of a horror movie if it weren't for the design of the hotel. In addition, it smelled horribly of humidity which in reality is due to mold. Although to be fair that just seems to be Arkansas overall.

It was cool but that 75 dollar hold on my account is ridiculous I haven’t had to pay that much ever. Then it takes forever to get back on my card….smh they need to do better with that. I won’t be staying again

Check-in went smoothly, people were friendly. Breakfast was good and the wait staff was great. The rooms were ok except for the beds which were hard and very uncomfortable, everyone slept poorly because of that.

Great staff . Only real selling point. Gross facilities. Trash in elevators. Dirtiest carpet from the entrance to the actual room. Most disgusting carpet.
