We had a lovely stay at the Castle Hotel Windsor. We could walk across the street for our castle tour, and were located very near to many restaurants and pubs. I highly recommend this hotel if you are stopping in Windsor.

Great location! The hotel is a block from Windsor Castle. There are many restaurants, bars, coffee houses, and retail shops with a few blocks. In addition to being conveniently located, the hotel is clean, beds are very comfortable, and the staff pleasant and helpful.

Staff remarkably friendly and professional. Property location is perfect for reaching Windsor Castle and other sites. Hotel restaurant meals (breakfast and dinner) were outstanding.

Hotel was in excellent location right in centre of Windsor and a stones throw to the castle. Had a lovely stay room comfortable, clean and all amenities. Bathroom was quite small but all very nice although shower wasn’t very powerful but all ok. Decor in hotel was lovely and staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was nice and enough choice. Had drinks in bar in evening which was quite expensive. Hotel parking although was expensive was perfect as right at the back of hotel.Windsor lovely town and visited the castle which was amazing and well worth the visit.

Great walkable area for Windsor Castle, the Long Walk and shopping. Local areas for neighborhood pubs are fun.

I called the hotel to ask for a room with a view, my daughter has recently had an operation and I wanted our trip to be special. After checking in, albeit we couldn’t get a view, the reception guy knocked with a welcome plate for my daughter and card to wish her better. Lovely hotel, very kind staff and very good value. Thank you.

The room was modern, clean and perfect for our one night stay. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants and Windsor Castle.

Friendly staff and a great location

What a perfect place to stay for a day trip to Windsor! And a quick 12£ cab ride to Legoland!! The staff was really wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special!!

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was in a perfect location around the corner from shops, across the street from the castle, and easy parking.

We very much enjoyed or time in Windsor and at the Castle Hotel. People were welcoming and helpful, room was clean and well-appointed, dining areas were clean and served excellent food, but the location was the real star of this show- just a few steps from everything! And the town was well organized. We did everything on foot, as in it was all just a few blocks away at most. I would stay here again if in Windsor!

Really amazing location minutes from windsor castle, the town centre, the riverside and the trains station. Beautiful reception, indoor and outdoor food and drinks area. Room was clean except some damage and mould in shower and sids of bath was bathroom was modern and clean.

I thought out section of hotel was a bit run down.
