My room had a broken window.. completely cracked from side to side. It had been taped together but I have no idea how it was staying in the window pane. Being in a third floor room this was very unsafe for a number of reasons. As a handicapped guest, I had to vacate the room, trudge all the way back to the elevator, and back to the front desk only to trudge back up to the same floor to a different room.

Room was clean very comfortable quiet. My only critique would be that the shower needs a safety bar.

average hotel..like other reviews, there is no one at the front desk at all times.. You have to ring a bell for help. When I tried to call front desk from the room..no answer. But when I call the "hotel" number like I wanted to make a reservation, someone answered then.hmmmm

Breakfast very limited. Small print “room cleaned for multi day stay” only on the request. Unsatisfied never experienced this at any hotel I’ve stayed in 50 years!

Old, poor, but you get what you pay! Looks clean and like new administration, fixing old little problems. If you need 1 nights, take it, get breakfast outside and go!! People are friendly!

Overall ok stay

No one was at the desk to check me in which was a bit strange. When I finally was checked in they gave me a used, dirty holder for my room keys. Glad that wasn’t a precursor for the stay. Room was ok, the cover on the bed was stained and gross, I took it off. Hotels could up their game in the towel dept too. I am average size man and the bath towel was like a hand towel.

Not all items at breakfast were available.

Area of town was not the greatest, but the staff were friendly and extremely professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

No proper breakfast and restrooms were not cleaned properly all hair on floor was not cleaned.

Would give zero stars if it was possible. The “night manager” Ryan denied us our stay as we arrived at 3:10 am driving across the state. No where in any Choice Hotel/Quality Inn policy does it state that 3:00 am is the cutoff time. In fact, it doesn’t state there is any cut off time for check-in. When we called the customer service department, they stated cut off was actually 7:00 am, 4 hours from when we tried to check-in. Ryan was the most unprofessional, unhelpful and seemingly incompetent employee I have ever encountered. He very clearly let out a big sigh and was extremely rude the second we walked in. Stranded in the middle of nowhere at 4:00 am trying to get a hold of customer service was not on the itinerary. The manager of this establishment should reconsider the employee they have representing them at all hours. They still charged us that amount and left us with nothing. We were not asking to extend the stay or check out time, just needed somewhere to rest for a few hours before we continued to travel. We had to pay for another night just because we had no where to stay.

Quick and easy in and out

Asked to get a refund a week in advance because of a family emergency and couldn’t make it anymore and was denied it even tho the website says i could get a refund. very disappointed

The breakfast was bad. No hot food. Only cereal and toast

Even on weekends the “continental breakfast” ended at 9AM. It was not a great breakfast and we went out 2 of 3 mornings. The pool was not open at all. The Choice Branded Quality Inn was neither a good choice or of great quality. N xx time we pony up the extra $20 to get a decent hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Nice place for a reasonable price.

Everything was good but we had bedbugs! Got over 15 bites in one night. We were miserable for days after

Property was very old and dilapidated. The entire hotel smelled like curry and cigarette smoke. Never staying here again.

This five story hotel looked abandoned when we drove up at 5 pm to check in. No vehicles were in the parking lot. We noticed that the door was open so we went into the lobby. The worker was very friendly and assured us that the hotel was open for business. He said there were 27 rooms available (in the five story hotel). We were hesitant to stay there, the hotel looked like it was in disrepair. We requested to see the room first before we checked in. The room assigned to us was clean. We booked this hotel on Hotels.com and realized we could not get a refund for this stay. We decided to stay. Hotels.com should not have this hotel on their website because it was not a good place to stay.

You can tell the place is dated and needs some remodeling and a freshening up but the room was clean as well as bathroom and that’s the most important to me. Very reasonable price compared to other properties . I was out all day long and only used facilities to come back , shower and sleep

This is a motel. It could be maintained better. The staff during breakfast was rude and ignorant. The african lady was mad because she had to clean some cereal on the floor, guess what lady thats your job. When she was asked about the toaster she pointed to the sign, so rude. She should be fired, reassigned or retrained..not coming back here ever..

The hotel needs major upgrades. Very outdated. Clean and comfortable and their breakfast was not sufficient. 1 room for everyone to congregate in for breakfast. Hotel is ok for a quick lay-over for a no frills stay to get to your next destination
