Location, cleanliness and breakfast.

Bed is too much soft, which gave us back pain. My husband slept on the floor so bad the bed was for us. And the pillows are very hard and high.

There needs to be 2 chairs in the room.

My reservation was not as what I booked

It’s close to town, their breakfast options were well stocked and a good variety, it’s clean and quiet.

We had asked if possible to check in a couple of hours early and was told we couldn’t because the housekeeping hadn’t cleaned all the rooms yet, but yet we had checked the night before and knew there was vacancy the night before, and when we got to the property that day there was no one else there (all rooms were dark and no cars in parking lot) which makes me think there was an empty room they could have let us in early. It was disappointing that there was no effort made to be accommodating or even keep us on standby to give us a call as soon as a room was ready. We were just simply told no.

Our room we were put in was a handicapped room. We explained that we did not need a handicapped room they explained that was all that was available. The room was not cleaned the sheets were dirty, the carpet had food all over it, the toliet had poop in it. Went up to the desk and asked to be moved to a clean room, was moved to a room on 3rd floor. So, they did have rooms available.

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionists were all pleasant, and the hotel was conveniently located. Greatly priced!

The staff were friendly and willing to check us in at a very late hour. The inn was easy to find and close to the highway. The free breakfast was great.

The shower curtain was a little mildewy in one of our rooms.
