Absolutely perfect…… only bad thing is we tried to look into booking another trip for next year at the sand time and prices were up tremendously already but we have found others way cheaper

Our room was amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Our bed was very comfortable and clean! The bathroom even had robes!

Check in was awesome, staff were very friendly! Top floor gulf side, room with balcony was amazing. 3 night family stay, beds are very comfortable. The room was clean and smelled good every time we entered. I will definitely be back. Great location!

This is our second time staying here and we love everything about it except for the relatively limited and pricey food options on the property. Highly recommend the king Gulf room with balcony. Very spacious and comfortable. Excellent shower. Food and bev on the property are mediocre and overpriced. Be aware of the mandatory 18% gratuity added to checks. Tried to get a Club sandwich last night for dinner but apparently it can only be made during lunch hours? Make it make sense. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are provided by a third-party at $55/day.

This hotel was amazing. Very clean and very large room. Staff was absolutely wonderful and the views from our room was wonderful.

The beds were too small for my spouse and I. Floor was sandy.

Parking was indoors. Very easy to access property. Especially if bad weather comes in.

The Pensacola Beach Hotel was nice. From the moment we checked in the staff was very accommodating. I loved the option to text them if I had any questions and the response time was immediate. The only issues I had with the whole stay were minor things. The boardwalk to the beach gets way too hot, make sure you wear shoes - not their fault though. The pool towels were always out, but if you let them know they usually took care of that pretty quickly, again not something they need to be monitoring 24/7, but a nice perk of the place. The golf cart rides were a nice perk, but we didn’t know about any of that until 2 days into our stay, our fault really for not scanning the QR code. The issue I had was when I inquired about them at the front by the door, the older gentleman was sweet, but I didn’t like his comment when he told me he could take us anywhere, but to remember that he works for tips. He said it in a way that didn’t sit well with me, like if he didn’t tell me, I wouldn’t tip him. We did not call him for a ride back. Had he not said that to me, I think I would have felt better about the whole situation and tipped him well and all of us would have been happy. First rule in the service industry, never expect to be paid for something that relies on your behavior and how you treat people. Also, the fees they add on to any card purchase at the tiki bar were unfortunate, cash is stolen money and when people are on vacation, they use cards!

We had a great time. The only thing i didn't like was there was no microwave in the room. Also, there wasn't enough parking in the garage.

Everything was great. The shower knob came off but was repaired immediately.

Wonderful experience, rooms were good size, close to everything, the salty rose establishment next door was very nice too offered live band. Lookin forward to booking again..

The stay was a mess when we first arrived. Staff up front friendly and helpful. Get up to the room and put my hand on the bed and the was sand all aver the end of the bed on the comforter. Go into the restroom there is hair in the shower and on the floor by the toilet. Also hair on the sink. Sand i could have delt with we are at the beach.but the hair is a no go for me. I called the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful got me right into a different room. Gave me 2 free breakfast vouchers. By now im ready to really relax. Go to use the restroom more hair than the previous room was inside the shower on the floor. Hair smeared across the shower wall and hair all by the toilet. I took pictures this time. Went to front desk. The manager on duty told me he was going to send the housekeeper supervisor and a housekeeper up there for me to point out all the hair and they would clean it up. Which is not my job. I called down and told them i just wanted to relax that i would clean it up myself. Which i did. Later i was in bed and this alarm blares this loud sound and iver a speaker ssys everyone Evacuate the hotel immediately so I called to the front desk and ask if we really needed to leave they said they were checking it out they would call me back and let me know if I should evacuate so we evacuate down the stairs and then nothing's wrong they send us back up. the next morning that was red lipstick on my coffee cup at breakfast

Facility and staff were great. The room, on the other hand, so-so. Found a towel in the bathroom with makeup on it, hanging. Also found a face cloth on the shower floor. GROSS! One other small thing, nothing major but, when we grabbed drinks from the poolside bar, there was a foul smell of trash (vomit-ish) that permeated from where patrons would order. Other than that, love the place. We will definitely be back!

From the exterior, we thought the resort looked the best. We liked how easy it was to get to the beach as well as the pool. The staff were very friendly and glad they provided beach towels.

The property was in a perfect location. The gulf front view with the wrap around balcony was an added bonus. Will definitely be back!

This was the 2nd time since May, overall it was great, but this time we were in the 7th floor, nothing wrong there, but the room seem to not cool down as much as others on the past, Maintenance came and was helpful at letting us know about the thermostat conditions and where they should be, but it didn't cool very much and it turned off every so often, especially the first night in this trip, I woke up around 4 in the morning seating like crazy, walked over and hit the button, turned right on for a while. The toilet didn't flush properly and was loose, kind of rocked. Other than that like before the biggest amenities were the private beach resort, and private parking which made it easier and somewhat of a small hassle to find parking. I wished the dock going to the beach had lights that would make it seem much safer and you could watch where you waking, staff was nice amd helpful bartender, he was very welcoming, the parking deck could hold more cars but that's understandable. Overall 9/10
