We are moving my daughter. I arrived at 3 and confirmed that the room for her was marked, late check in. I said she would not arrive until 11:30 pm at the earliest. The clerk made notes and said it was all covered. My daughter and her 4yo son arrived at 12:15am. She was made to wait 30 minutes while they cleaned a room. Hers was given away at midnight! I am not a happy mama.

Front Lobby & Dinning Facility is just as pictured however my room was a different story. 1. Carpet was dirty-closet area, by a/c and window area. 2. Lamps and amenities had to be plugged into the wall. 3. A/C (wall unit) was plugged into an extension accord then wall-safety issue. 4. Desk lamp worked intermittently then not at all. 5. Coffermaker still had old stagnant water in it. 6. Mini-Fridge/Micro-Wave wires were stretched to it's limit from wall outlet. 7. Desk Wall Outlet sparked and "pushed in" when trying to plug in Desk Lamp & Coffee Machine. 8. Bitten by bugs in the room. 9. Tub and Bathroom Doors/Walls peeling paint. 10. Literally TRAIN runs behind hotel and thought the noise was Large Truck. 11. Day-Time Female Staff constantly on her phone and speaking Spanish while guest in Lobby or waiting to check in or out or walking through the lobby.

Dead roaches in the bathroom and main bedroom. Soap container was empty in the shower. More like a motel stay.

DO NOT STAY! This hotel has come down so much under their new management. Room was not ready when we arrived and occupied, stains on the sheets, no toilet paper, broken furniture, terrible service, dirty property, dirty pool, no shade. gross and dirty grill equipment and patrons hanging out their windows so clearly no safety measures. Will never make the mistake of staying here again. Since leaving and submitting a complaint, Wyndham as sent us an auto reply email offering 7,500 points (not enough for 1 free day) for all our trouble. Joke of a hotel and business!

Well, the majority of the room was OK, the bathroom was pretty outdated. There was no soap in the dispenser. And the fan did not appear to be working.

Soap, shampoo dispensers are either broken or empty. Good thing I brought my own toiletries. Overall the property is a bit dated, but that probably keeps the price lower. No instructions about how to operate the TV (enter a channel number, then press enter) Seems safe and is one of the cheapest hotels but in the future I will spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. There was a dead cockroach in our room on the floor. The bathroom was very dingy and not very clean. The train track is right by the hotel and is extremely loud.

This hotel is in the poorer section of town and is used by the BNSF railroad for overnighting train crews. As such don't expect the cleanliness and conditions to be up to Ramada Wyndham standards. For instance after I got into the shower I discover all the soap dispensers are empty.

The room was totally unappealing and in need of a lot of work. The window was moldy, table had a chunk of wood missing, heater was coming off the wall, the wall had assorted holes in the paper, no soap at the sink, etc. This was our last time to use Expedia!

The staff was helpful in quickly solving a room problem.

The room's furniture and fixtures are so run down that it's hard to say whether it's actually clean or not. No proper desk for a laptop.

This was easy to access off the freeway late at night. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is very old and tired. It is dirty and falling apart. The beds, pillows, towels and sheets all are past their best.

1st room was dirty. Changed room to an ok room. Run down for the price

Checked in @ 3pm. Carpet on stairs needed vacuuming. Lights out in foyer for rooms 231 & 229. Not quite up to the Ramada standards. Rooms has a cracked frame on the artwork hanging on the wall. Bathroom has paint peeling off the walls. Room carpet seems to lack the cushion underneath it.

Staff was nice. It felt safe and clean. Maintenance of property need more. But not bad Will stay again. Manager very nice.

The property is very outdated and not kept up at all. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. They are not even close. This property is really run down. The location was close to a older movie theater and plenty of places to eat. Will never stay there again.

Our room had ripped curtains, broken dresser, carpet tac strip missing and staples poking up,mold throughout the entire bathroom including paint falling off. Peeling wallpaper. And blood splatters by the headboard. When asked to speak to the manager I was rudely told there was none. My concerns were not addressed. Would not recommend this stay to anyone. And it was very obvious drugs were being used as the smell was overwhelming!

Our room was big. The property was in decent repair and was obviously being kept up and even upgraded in some areas. Night check-in ent very smoothly. Morning desk staff was unable to answer a simple question about our pet deposit. Hot breakfast options: oatmeal, toast, scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes.

The room was nice but the drink machines were expensive.
