We were disappointed by the first room we had, 231. The oven had a a rotten plate of food inside. The bad room seem to be clean, but it had human hair all over the bathroom and the floor was extremely dirty, after walking barefoot from the bed to the restroom, and then the shower floor , the floor was BLACK In the second room 226, there was inside the closet a bunch of wrapped up sheets, we did not even touch them. The fools gave NOT been cleaned with water and soap for MONTHS!! What a surprise. The attendant in the a desk, when we told her about this, simply said “I will tell them” without any apology or I am sorry” but rather as if these kind of complaints were common.

Okay place to stay nothing fancy.

NO pool like the website said. Very disappointing. Room is clean and check in was very easy.

I was really surprised with the Room, very spacious, clean and cozy. Bed looked clean. I was disappointed that there was no pool, as shown on the pictures.

I have stayed here before. This time there was not tv remote , i used my phone . The toilet was disconnected in the tank . It was late when i checked in. Didn't feel like fixing. In the morning i stepped on a glass chard ,, bled for 3 minutes . The desk girl was ai. No emotions. She should find another job

Friendly, helpful front desk people and there was plenty of decent breakfast foods available. Reserved a king bed but they only had queen beds left when we checked in. Parking easy. Pool shut down and filled in with sand. Everything looked recently redone in the room but the bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Reasonable value for the price.

Room large clean and bed comfy. Newer flooring. Bath fully functional but a little worn. For the cost a fair value. I would stay again to save $$$.

Hotel in process of upgrade or remodelation, the rooms were excellent

when checking in the receptionist/management become aware of the deal purchased online and then their attitude shifts to being unwelcome/burden to management especially when requesting a room that you would prefer to be in and will lie about the room being occupied.

Rooms were nice but the shower didn’t drain properly. The staff is very polite and like I said the rooms were nice for the price. If you’re looking to just catch a nights sleep in a clean room and not get price gouged then this is your place. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

The room has all amnesties that you can ask for. Unfortunately there were 2 problems. 1-It does not have parking spot in front of the room. 2-The room had too many house flies that I killed them all up.

Easy check in and out good breakfast. One night stay

This was the most disgusting hotel i ever stayed at! The fire alarm was beeping low battery in the first room and the phone didnt even work. Then room we were moved into after complaining about the fire alarm chirping was absolutely disgusting. I dont think the room had been cleaned in months. There were flies coming from i dont even know where but soon as u killed one 3 more would show up. The bath tub/shower had hair all over the walls and a dirty foot print on the shower wall by the faucet. The ceiling over the shower was drooping in l, and rhe bathroom walls felt slimy. The walls and floors were so disgusting and dirty. The tv didnt work unless u wanted to watch youtube. Then i accidentally locked myself out packing to leave and went to the front office to get a key and was told they were all out of keys. But magically after 5 minutes of the guy making a phone call he comes out of the back office with a key in hand. Weird. I will never stay in this dump again. Atleast the breakfast was ok but dont drink the orange juice because it tastes like they water it down.

The room was ok. The water in ther shower did not stop running and there was a stain on the sheet on the bed. The contenental brakfast only had cereal and Waffles.

This property is undergoing renovation and moving in a good direction. The breakfast had more than most setups. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful scene

The hotel was clean. Shower was weak. Pillows were hard, bed was ok. Stayed in Ozona on the way home, much nicer stay for less money.

Nice room, good price, only problem was bathtub water leaked all night long.

This was an older hotel/motel but the owners and staff went out of their way to make it comfortable. Everything you need is in the room, nice appliances, comfortable clean beds and bathroom was kept up well. K-Bob’s steak house was right around the corner. We had our dog and even the restaurant had a pet friendly patio. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. Standard, but not skimpy. Fresh and good. I would stay here again.
