It was one quick night and all was Ok.

Careful booking here off this web site. We booked our room with no cancellation because they offer free parking and airport shuttle, only to get a notice after we booked that those services are not offered on separate party bookings and are not available to other site bookings even if you pay for it separately. Duped and disappointed!

The beds were comfortable and Ashley at the front desk was great! I did notice the ceiling in the bathroom could use some paint and.not sure if there was a little dampness or mold. Other than that the room was nice and staff was friendly!

Room smelled musty. Bed was a mattress on the ground with no support. If you book 3rd party you cannot park your vehicle there if using the shuttle/airport service.

Bed was uncomfortable and too low to the floor. There was also a stain on the wall in my room. Property was quiet though and fresh cookies were available.

Staff from front desk to breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Jenn at the desk stoos out. The young lady worki g patw night was alao very helpful ans friwnsly. We stayes across thw atreet a couple years ago ams it waa terrible. This waa a great experience. Room was vwry clean. All great.

The service from the counter clerk was excellent. He put me in a room far away from the noisy, busy travelers on request. His recommendation worked and I got a better than expected rest.

My first room was bad( dirty mattress). I spoke to a young man at the front desk, he apologize and immediately change my room. After that my state was okay.

we stayed just 1 night, the room was clean, the amenities excellent, but the room need some renovation.

This property was good for our 1 night stay. Very close to the airport but little traffic and noise. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was nice and quiet. Room was clean. Bathroom was acceptable, some water spots/damage on the ceiling, and the toilet was leaking water from the tank when flushed, but not enough to cause any issues for 1 night. Breakfast was good, area was clean and staff was friendly.

Rooms had paper-thin walls. So much so i could hear my neighbors TV all night. Ceilings have a lot of damage to them. My shower had long black hairs (counted 15) in it when i arrived. I scheduled an airport shuttle for the next morning but the night staff didnt pass the info to the morning staff, causing a huge snafu in me getting to my gate on time. Morning front desk staff had public, loud conversations about going out to bars after they were off work and getting drunk.
One good thing was the bed. It was comfy.
