Well, my stay including the check-in was not so good. I asked for a room on the first floor. They didn’t have any. They said it’s a short flight of stairs. It wasn’t the corridor leading to the stairway was outside. The stairs were not in good condition and my Room was as far from the entrance as could be. The security lock did not work, and there was a bag of garbage in the room left by the former residence. And when I told the clerk in the morning after waiting a few minutes for her to appear, she didn’t seem to take it very seriously

Room was comfortable but they definitely can use an upgrade on the rugs. My room was clean but i noticed a stain on the sheets so I switched it to some fresh ones I already had w/ me. So brand new sheets and rugs, would definitely help. Quiet area and it was just for one night so it wasnt horrible but upgrade is a must.

The room we stayed at didn’t smell good, had no ventilation, bath towels weren’t regular bath towels and one wasn’t wash properly. no shampoo or conditioner offered, bathroom was not clean, they only focused on the tub yet everything else was dirty. Images on website didn’t match our room. It needs a lot of work. Mgr didn’t seem phased by it. Will not recommend, everything else was sold out so couldn’t leave.

The website said there was coffee in the common area. There wasn't. The clerk said there was coffee in the room. There wasn't. The first room I was given, although supposedly, non-smoking, reeked of cigars.

We liked it because it was clean, comfortable beds, and most of all because it was very close to where we needed to go.

Check in was 2 o’clock and I was there at 2. Didn’t get my room until 2:45. The room was NOT what was pictured online. Went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and there were cockroaches all over the floor!! The bass had a “musty” smell and were not comfortable at all!! I will never stay there again I’d rather sleep in my car!!

The bathroom was sparklingly clean. Not so sure about the top bed cover. The curtain was torn and there was an outlet in need of repair.

Non smoking room smelled of smoke and there was no other option for a different room.

This place is a disaster. The rooms were filthy and smelled as if someone was actively smoking multiple cigarettes in the closet. Also too close to the road. The guy behind the counter was nice enough but the glass partition gave the place a flop house vibe top to bottom. Avoid at all costs.

Large spacious room with alarge bathroom with a step in shower. Only con was it was on the second floor and no elevator which makes it difficult to carry your luggage etc..

The property is neat and clean but aging. It is a 60's style facility and the rooms are larger than you find in newer facilities. The windows open and you can let in the outside air. The shower was good. There are restaurants in easy driving distance.

We just use this place because it. Was close to Quinnipiac University. We checked in at 2am and were out by 9am . The room had a strong odor and there was mold in the shower. Wouldn’t stay here again. I’ll pay a little more and stay a little farther away.

This place stinks, it smells like cigarettes, even the room I booked was smoke free , and more importantly it has lice, watch out people, specially women’s

Absolutely terrible. We didn’t even spend the night. Checked out at 1am. Super dirty and smelled of smoke. Paper thin walls, could hear everything happening in the hotel. Will never stay here again.

Hallway is scary and smells like smoke and body Oder. Inside is fine but bedding is kinda outdated and cold and not super clean but honestly the room itself isn't terrible.

Room size was very big. Bathroom was modern and new. Very clean.

I was able to get a room here at the last minute and the staff were able to accomodate my late arrival/checkout. The first floor rooms are outside-facing for easy access, and I was on the second floor in a quiet indoor hallway. I didn't notice anything awry, and slept peacefully despite being on a major road. A great experience for what it's worth!

No frills hotel on busy street. Short drive to Space Ballroom in Hamden. Hotel fire alarms went off at 4:50 AM for about 30 seconds! TV wouldn’t turn on. Bathroom door was missing knob, just a big hole in door where knob should be.
