Property was nice, convenient for a family gathering, and very clean. Friendly staff and good dining at the restaurant. For the resort prices, I Would have liked additional resort amenities, like a hot tub, cabanas, children splash pad, and drinks served at the beach.

The resort is right on the beach along with two full
Pools. Lots of seating and umbrellas for shade and food and drinks near the pool. Excellent staff with wonderful accommodations. Close to shopping and 5th Avenue. Will stay here again!

This hotel is very clean the staff is so nice & helpful. There is a couple of things that were not so great we could hear the chairs drag from the room above us very loud woke me up and the second was the elevator was giving us some trouble and mom has bad knees she had to go up and down the stairs a couple of times.

Our first stay at Edgewater was so great that we took my daughter and grandson there for a couple days. Again it was a wonderful experience. We will be returning in the future!

We had a suite and was very spacious clean and comfortable- loved it and were only there for two nights we would have liked to stay longer

Spent 4 nights at the beach hotel it was great! Big balcony with great views of morning sun! Watched sunsets right from the beach and you can spend all day just on the property grounds. Shuttle was great and short drive to access 5th street shopping and dining.

The room given was spacious but infested with ants that was all over over food in the room. The maintenance sprayed the ants but to no avail the ants came back on the counter. The free cookie stand advertised was not available and staff couldn't get it after the time had passed and the drinks option was extremely limited. Customer service was not engaging and lots of amenities offered should have been included after such a high price tag for accommodation for example, riding a bicycle was an additional charge and getting a lounge car on the beach had to pay extra. Background music was no very audible and when heard was poor selection of music. No nightly entertainment or daily also there was seaweed in the beach water that messed up our pictures

Wow. On our arrival we were greeted with the utmost respect and kindness from a gentlemen working at the hotel. Throughout our stay it was incredibly nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel on the beach. We just missed the spring break crowd so it was quiet. Only one negative- their WiFi signal and mobile reception strength is poor. They know if but are having trouble addressing the issue.

The front desk person was rude, the hotel was in good conditions but the worst was the bed, I had a terrible night and woke up with back pain; they have service at the beach, which was a plus; but I think it doesn’t worth what they charge for what the hotel offer.
