we spend four days in that ibis hotel they dont change even bed sheets

We have basically 0 positive things to say… this hotel was a let down. The hotel pool is not easily accessible and they will charge you per person to use it even when we NOONE is swimming in it, ever. The room was crazy dirty and extremely small. When we requested a room switch, they were not willing to help. They said they’d have the maids do an “extra clean” and it looked the same everyday we stayed there. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Valentin was very friendly and helpful, he was at the reception. Breakfast was not quite good, there wasn’t much thing to eat for breakfast. Disappointed.

Although staff is very Nice and the hotel is clean and fine, I would recommend going somewhere else. The hotel is Nextdoor to a building that served as the Hunger Games set, but in reality is a ghetto. You are in the banlieue here. Drugs are being dealt in front of the property and the Subway station should be avoided at evening.
The rooms are extremely small and the third bed is not a bed like the foto’s, but a stretcher.
Staff are doing their best but I will not return here.

Very small space for 3 people. Breakfast was not very nice, have stayed in previous ibis in France and similar breakfast much nicer. Parts of bathroom were falling apart. Otherwise fairly clean. Payment for parking seemed expensive. Not a very nice/safe location for kids. Good transport links nearby however and staff very friendly and helpful.

Good location for visiting Disney as location is close to station. Hotel was clean and felt safe. We came back late at night and the area felt safe also. However, the building has thin walls and doors bang loudly so very disrupted sleep. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Sufficient buffet breakfast.

Tired and in need of refreshing. Room was utterly basic and bordering on shabby. Overpriced. Window on 9th floor opened itself during heavy winds, at 4am. Breakfast options limited.

We arrived in hotel quite late In the night after 6 hours drive. Person in the reception did not speak good English I told him i booked two room he only give me one room I thought it was connected room I have to come down again in the reception and spend almost 15 minutes for seconds room finally I got two single bed room which is me and my wife sleep in two separate bed . and hotel need to upgrade air-condition not cooling at all . location is also very good.

The hotel is far from central Paris so check your distance for your needs.
I have stayed in loads of IBIS before this one is very very basic with very small rooms. Biggest problems we had is the noise of the doors when the door closes it makes an almighty noise so in the morning the clang of door noises from other rooms wakes u up and can’t go back to sleep. Few soft door closures on the door won’t go a miss

Definitely one of the poorest ibis hotels we have stayed in. Public areas look modern and clean but the rooms and corridors to rooms show the age of the hotel.
Small rooms, very hot and reception not interested in sorting out as we mentioned that the cooling wasn't working on room and fan just pumping put hot air Aparrently all rooms like that....? Even with it turned off ambiant temp from other rooms and floors etc meant you couldn't get temperature down.
Never had great experience in budget parisain hotels so apart from heating pretty much par for the course..
Definitely didn't have the same issues some had with breakfast as on both mornings was well stocked and reasonable considering the price.

i book for 3 person in room. End up they ask me to take another room which is bullshit and i have to spend another 200 euro for new rooms. in fact i was staying early november with 2 triple rooms. Im sorry ibis your are sucks

Issues with temperature control and water temperature regulation in our room. We stayed to visit Disney and would not book this location again. To access the station to travel to the park you need to cross a very busy road and pass through a badly lit and badly kept area and multi-storey car park. Family room worked well. Breakfast was ok but not great.

It was a comfortable hotel to sleep in. Breakfast was nice especially the croissants could have more of a vegetarian variety. The staff did not speak any English so it was difficult to communicate and ask questions. Hotel was in an ideal location. 25mins from Disneyland and 30mins from Paris there were 2 halal takeaways across the road which served lovely food.

They have no pool you have to pay to use the pool of the hotel next door. Only 1 vending machine for both hotels. Nothing open after 10 pm.

the property is nicely decorated with a nice place to eat and garden at the back, good central location near to shopping centre. There wasn't always staff around to help and one particular member of staff at breakfast time who was helpful but not very friendly. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and our bathroom sink was dirty with hair and an insect, the water didn't properly drain unless you completely removed the plug which is probably why it was dirty. There are no ironing facilities in the hotel so you have to go to the adjoining hotel.

The hotel is nice and perfect as a pit stop on the journey. Easy to access by car, underground parking made it easy. Area is suburb and rather dark, but stay in the hotel and you will not see it :-)
Hotel was modern, clean, good room etc etc so no issues. We had a family room where we had 2 kid bunk beds which the kids really liked.
I can recommend this hotel without issues.

Staying at hotel was great, hotel was close to train station, personnel from hotel was kind and supporting with good advice how to get to attraction. Room was clean and condition very good, we recommend this hotel.

Everything was good. Although, on Expedia it says parking is 10 euros per night. When you get there, the ibis car park is only accessible from 8pm til 8am.
So to park, you have to use the Novotel car park which is in the same place but is 12 euros per night. This is not made clear anywhere on the website and I would like to be considered for a refund on partial payment for my parking fees. Other than that hotel was Great and right next to shopping centre

Stayed in many ibis hotels in France but this one is sadly in need of a refit! The hotel is tired and dated, aircon was not working, we asked 3 times for it to be fixed . Staff said they did not have time! The hotel says it has a pool on site but it doesn’t, the pool shown actually belongs to the Novotel next door. You can use the pool at a charge of 8 euros a day.. The area of Noisy le grand is not the best in fact it’s rather scruffy and not a safe area for kids!
