Stay was ok, They need to reinforce guest that bring dogs to clean up their dogs poop, other than that beside much needed updates rooms were ok.

Nice hotel just off of the freeway. Fairly quiet area. Easy check in with friendly staff. Breakfast included.

The room was dirty, I found garage on the left side of the bed, bathrooms disgusting dirty mirror sink filthy dirty toilet dirty bath tub dirty, I will never go back to this place or recommend friends or family, not worth it, elevator inside dirty corners breakfast area dirty floor corners filthy it’s sad 😞

The motel was adequate for our purposes. Noise is not well contained in halls or other rooms but did usually settle down after 11pm.

Stream of water came out of tub that we couldn’t turn off. Tub had lots of black stains in it. Room was so damp the carpet and sheets felt wet. When we arrived home everything was still damp. Carp had leftover shirt tags and misc trash from last guest. Used wet Towel left on bathroom counter from last guest.

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. A good weekend stay!

The bed was so horribly soft that my husband woke up after two hours in excruciating pain in his SI joint. We were told all the beds are the same so obviously couldn’t stay the second night of our reservation. The hotel still charged us $225 for the second night.

The first room we got smelled like a cat pissed in it.
We opened the door and we can smell that strong odor. We know the smell cause we own cats.
I called front desk and they switched our room which I appreciated.
The price was good and I would comeback,they had breakfast but to early from 6-9 which I just didn’t participate in.

Our stay at your hotel was very nice! The bed was comfortable. The temperature in the room was perfect. The shower felt amazing! Overall it was a great stay!

Made a reservation for the wrong day and had to make 2 different reservations, and asked for a refund for the wrong reservation and the general manager refused to do so. The place was not well cleaned there was trash in the garage to my arrival the bathroom floor was not mopped and there was plastic cups on the floor sheets were stained as well

We arrived at 11 pm after driving 9 hours and were told we only booked 1 room. I presented my confirmation for both rooms and after 30 minutes we were given another room. We paid for 2 days. Cash. I had to put a 100 deposit on my card. Our trip was cut short. We checked out and couldnt get our refund for the room we paid cash for. (keep in mind they didnt have a reservation for our second room)Not only that they charged my card 149.00. The bathroom was filty, the toliet had skid marks and the floor and tub was dirty. I rate this location a 2 out of 5. I will be filing a dispute for my refund.

Rocky start somebody pulled the fire alarm .people made a lot of noise in the hallways. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

A non-fussy hotel with good parking and access to walking paths. The continental breakfast has great options and offers hot foods. Clean, friendly, well-maintained pool. Bed was nice and plush.

I felt safe and comfortable. I did not interact with any of the staff; my husband checked in and out. We would have been fine reusing our towels the whole weekend but that option was not offered. The parking lot was very well lit. There were some minor condition issues, such as a broken outlet plate/cover. The bathroom is tiny and the door does not fully open after arched shower curtain rods were installed. Overall a comfortable stay.

Had a domestic disturbance happen in the room next door, cops were called and couldn't do anything because nobody pressed charges. The hotel staff were informed by multiple guest what happened but didn’t remove the issue from the property in a prompt manner. I refused to go back to sleep because we felt unsafe and left the property to never return. Hotel staff need to take control and boot trouble guest.
