The hotel and its property are showing it's age. Lots of garbage around pool and lazy river hidden in bushes. Food at all restaurants was very average. Did not have 1 enjoyable meal except from the Jerk Hut. Very Disapointing. Shower door would not close properly therefore it leaked every shower and we needed extra towels. A couple of extra hooks on the wall to dry items and light on balcony would have been nice.

Hotel was beautiful. The staff beautiful friendly and welcoming. Only thing i didn't like was the check in time 4p. Our flight landed and we arrived at 1030a and we had to use the facilities until our check in time. Being i had a small child with me i wish we could've had an accommodation. But overall we loved it.

My stay was asboutely amazing!! I would highly recommend this resort. The captain of the front end went above and beyond to try and help us find my niece lost luggage. By calling the airport. Everyone of the staff where very friendly!! I will definitely visted this resort again.

My stay was not amazing, it was good. Some of the staff were excellent in providing great service and some were dry no personality and seemed to be judging. I am sure that i will not stay at this resort again.

Foods was great, great for kids, room got refaced so its not feel too dated, since our trip was short so we dont care out the room too much, everything else was good, plenty of events and activities, staff friendly and accommodating to our needs. Drinks are goods so it was perfect choices

In the room what we had received by check in was no A/C, just the fan. We ordered an other room and the girls on the front desk was lying about time and number of availability of the rooms. We was waiting more than 24 houres to get a cooler room. There is a problems just on the front desk. Working slow and all of time coop a long line of the customers. Most of the bartenders are good , but not all. Anyway, this resort is one of my favorites.

We had a great time at the Hilton Rose! Everyone there is warm and welcoming. The food was great and the drinks were yummy. My kids loved the pools and the beach, the catamaran .. everything. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband booked this hotel based on reviews & photos we were very deceived ! When we arrived check in took forever very slow staff signing in system is outdated. When we got to the room we were highly disappointed it was so small , I immediately wanted to upgrade & they told us nothing is available & every room is the same. We wanted to leave ! Also the room was dusty & outdated made our stay even worst! However most staff was friendly! We stayed at Jewel Grande our last trip & had a great experience we won’t ever book Hilton rose hall again!!!!

The only issue I had was the checkin process. It’s extremely slow and difficult. We waited 52 minutes in the line to check in with ONLY 4 people (1family of 4), 2 couples and 1 other person. The front desk staff kept running around like they had no idea what was going on in addition to being short staffed…
Also, your 4 pm check in time should be change to accommodate early arrivals.

The staff was amazing! The property beautiful and I felt safe while vacationing with my daughters.

This was my third visit to the Hilton. The last time my wife and I visited was June of 2013. The property then was in great shape, the staff acted like they wanted to work there, the food options were good and the music was loud enough to be enjoyable. My family and I visited the past week of July 28th, 2024. I had to walk to different bars across the property to get the beverage I wanted to drink because the bar by the pool I was at had no Diet Coke or Jack Daniels. Often times I had to drink something else because the bars just were not stocked appropriately. Or maybe if the bar was out of a product, how about going to get the product from another bar on property? There is a thought. I talked with management about the problem and arrived at "Nobody is watching the store" type theory. You know what I mean? Management doesn't pay attention to the business or communicate with the employees. A far cry from how I run my business.
We felt like the food options were just mediocre to ok with the exception of the Italian and Rum Factory restaurants.
Almost every resort or cruise I have been on has service by the pools to deliver drinks while we relax and have fun. Anytime I wanted a cocktail, I literally had to walk to a bar far away to get what I wanted.
I felt like some of the staff needed a morale check to confirm they indeed wanted to work there. Sometimes I got the read by there reaction that could care less if I was helped. They had no enthusiasm. limit reached.

Room wasn't ready at 4pm checkin. The front desk rep was nice but gave bad info. Clearly, they were behind with cleaning (said supervisor has to sign off on each room as its cleaned?). When I checked for an update, another young lady gave me the rudest answer and attitude. I almost left right then and there.
The hotel recommended a shuttle service - vehicles were aging death traps. The driver from the airport was not friendly and clearly unhappy when I didn’t tip (normally I would, if not for the steely glare). On the shuttle to the airport for our departure, the driver slammed on brakes multiple times, the seat belt latches were broken, and I braced myself a few times. I was sure we were crashing. I’ve travelled to over a dozen Caribbean islands the last decade and driving here was the worst, St Thomas a close second.
The hallway walls had stains and so did the hallway carpets. The room was clean but dated. The bathrooms are small and our toilet handle broke the first night. That said, it was fixed quickly.
The food, including in-room dining, leaves a lot to the imagination. The jerk hut was A . The Italian restaurant was pretty good. The ice cream/coffee shop was convenient. I chuckled when they sent my son away due to ice cream not being ready until 2pm (it was 2:10pm). All good -it's a tropical island and not the place for clock watching. Staff at restaurants were friendly.
Good variety of activities. Good pool. Small prive beach. Okay for the price. Wouldn't return.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday. Everything was awesome. The bedside table needs replacing. Staff and food were great.
I got there early at about 12:30'pm. We were exhausted. The lady would checked us in was so accommodating after learning of my disability and health issue. As soon as a room became available at 1:30 pm we were checked in. Service was excellent.

Food was below average, walls were very thin so you could hear conversations from neighbors, AC not the best so resort was hot. Staff acted put-off by assisting you or offered no assistance at all. We had to wait over 2 hours for room to be ready at check in and we ended up leaving before our reservation even ended.

We really enjoyed the entertainment and live performances. The staff and the food were amazing, and there were a lot of options. The pool, waterpark and beach were beautiful. The room was outdated not as updated as I would have expected, definitely wasn’t updated in 2021. However, I did have a partial ocean view and golf views which were just breathtaking to see for 7 mornings! Didn’t like the weird smell in the hallways.
