The situation of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast on the rooftop is incredible ! The only thing was the spa where you have to reserve and guests did not respect the quiet zone of the spa and were on the phone during 1h. There should be a sign to forbid the use ofcell phone in the spa!

Everything was amazing.

Stunning building and location. Rooftop bar and pool lovely, although pool very small and shallow. Think the rule of not leaving towels to reserve the very few loungers wasn't very well enforced, on our stay the same couple had the same ones 3 days in a row... The breakfast was superb, loads of options and all very good quality everything was super fresh. My only quibble is the 11 am breakfast finish was a bit over 'enthusiastically' enforced, the staff started clearing the food labels away before 11 and everything else was whipped away on the dot - didn't make for a very relaxed breakfast for us later risers! Especially as they also started hoovering away the crumbs around our feet at about 11:15. One excellent thing they did, was when we asked for a late checkout of 12 rather than 11 to tie in with our travel plans - the lady on the desk immediately said no problem and even offered us 1pm. Have very rarely had that in a hotel without them attempting to charge you for the privilege :-) Would definitely recommend

Parking is a challenge I parked my car at an private parking and my car was damaged

An excellent hotel that I would recommend to anyone. We plan on staying here during our next trip to Thessalonikki.

Second stay at hotel. Location is absolutely fantastic, with lovely views of the water. You can walk to most places. Bedrooms are comfortable, we were 3 people in our room and we had plenty of space. Breakfast is very good on 7th floor with lovely views.
