Great and friendly service!

The whole experience from checkin to checkout was excellent. The room was clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had lots of options and great coffee !. The staff spoke good english and was extremely efficient and professional.
The hotel is located in a plaza full of shops and restaurants, and is about 10 min walk to the train station.
I will be staying here again for sure.

it was all good except for the fact that the dinner service wasn't up to my expectations. I paid 12 euros for pasta in a small tray a 12 year old would eat in 10 minutes and ask for more. i felt frustrated because I could have gotten a taco, with a drink and fries under that price and would have been satisfied.

Very friendly staff, but an ibis is an ibis... When we got there, a person was stuck in the broken elevator. An hour later when I got down to get food, they were still in there.
We had to change rooms as there was cigarette smoke being blown into our bathroom. I must have been from the room next door. Considering the risks of covid, it is somewhat worrying that the air from one room ends up being blown into another. The air was horrible and we were with our 2 year old daughter. In the end, we swapped rooms at midnight and the problem was solved.
Again, staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is not in good condition

Friendly staff and reasonable price. Free parkign nearby. The triple room was rather small for all three of us and no cupboards or enough space for us to eat our breakfast in the room as is foreseen by the covid protocol. A silly and useless sign in the lift asking guests not to leave the used breakfast trays outside the room we obviously ignored otherwise we couldn't have circulated and I don' think it our job as guests to take all this down to the reception. The room was clean but the balcony was disgusting (filthy, rubbish on the ground, something looking like a dead bird bit we didn't double check). Neighbourhood doesn't seem safe.....we only chose it to be near to relatives.

There is free parking at night til 0900. The hotel has no special rate with the parking garage directly in front of the hotel.
Room was fine, bed comfy. TV a bit small.
Bathroom not so great: tub made me fear i would go through it when taking the shower. Shower head was terrible. You had to hold it in your hand and the spray was not great. Took a long time to get hot water too.
Breakfast was okay
Check in took long because of some miscommunication between the Hotels.com app (Expedia) and the booking system at Ibis. Probably to do with me booking at 2355 and checking in at 0025 (technically the next day)

I had a good time with my girl friend, a good location with lot of services around, restaurants all around and the personnel served us kindly.

Don’t ever stay here. This hotel has no redeeming features. Rooms are something out of the 1970’s. Bathrooms tiny and old. Bedroom full of mosquitoes. Food is terrible. Surrounding area void of anywhere nice to eat or drink.

As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a strong stench of stale smoke. The staff is not very kind, and the room was in a shabby condition. The heating knob was broken, and the room was extremely warm!

it was ok for 2 night , if you not using train to orly airport it will coast around 40 euro in taxi be aware of that

The construction going on around the hotel was a bit of a bother and parking is a challenge, but other than that, great experience!
