Hotel is quiet, clean and safe

The Front Desk staff were Professional,Polite and accommodating. Heather was and the young Man with reddish colored hair was Polite,outgoing and Professional (forgot his name). I will be Back and have already recommended your Hotel. Breakfast was awesome and the Housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate and the inside of the Hotel spotless. Well Done!

Room was noisy because of the loud air-conditioning unit. Pillows were awful, and small. The bathroom was very inconvenient to use. The morning breakfast was unhealthy and on two days, the coffee machine broke down.

Our stay was very good and comfortable and very clean but staff was a little rude and parking was $10 :(

Comfortable room, convenient location in a nice area for getting outside and walking, decent breakfast, helpful staff.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Coffee available in the lobby all day.

No pool or hotub. They say they have it but not available.

Check in was ok, although the employee checking me in was a little rude. When he told me that they would be putting a $100 hold on my credit card, I was fine. When they told me they would be charging a $10 parking fee, I was a bit miffed. I mentioned that was not stated on Hotels.com when I was making my booking he got frustrated and said that it was standard and that they have contacted Hotels.com on a number of occasion and asked them to add the charge onto their booking. Honestly, they should have not been charging for parking. It isn't like they are close walking distance to a lot of places that would take up their parking, without frequenting the hotel. In addition they are no where near the airport, or even a park and ride location. The only reason to charge a $10 a night fee to pay for parking, is to pay their hourly employees, and to serve as another revenue stream. If they had included the $10 a night as part of their room charge they would make more money, and upset less customers. They should NOT have HIDDEN FEES! The room was a king room, not a king suite. The only thing that I could tell was the difference was that a king suite had a love seat, instead of just a single are chair. Breakfast looked O.K. The restaurant, bar, and pool were closed for the season, but the hot tub was still operating. That didn't make much sense to me. It felt like they just didn't have enough employees to staff the restaurant and bar. Not cool. Not straight forward.

My stay only had one tiny downside: the pillows were very small and soft. However, the upsides of my stay were huge. First and foremost, the woman with the blue hair at the front desk was so welcoming and personable. I was staying at the hotel during a difficult personal time, and she made me feel safe and welcome. I appreciate her kindness towards me and my dogs so much. Second, the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, french toast, bagels, you name it, they had it. I highly recommend this hotel, maybe just bring your own pillow.

Stains on floor and bed linens. Sink had large crack. Tub was slow to drain. The people in front of me and behind me got parking fees waived for a race that I was also there for but I was charged and I felt judged for being a woman Like I can’t possibly be racing too.

The area was lovely and quiet even though it’s really close to the highway (convenient). There are a few nicer restaurants in the area within a 5-10 minute drive. My only concern was that it was hard to see from the road. The hotel is tucked behind a gas station and a small strip mall. There is a small sign but we drove right past. I pulled into a side road and then a parking lot to figure out where we were and there was the hotel. A larger sign might be helpful.

Don’t believe Expedia. They lie about pretty much everything. I want to start by saying the staff we experienced were awesome. They were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. P This hotel’s ratings made it seem like it would be a great stay. Our room was absolutely disgusting. Strong smell of chemicals. Stains everywhere on the floors. Pretty sure there was mouse poop on the window sill (decided we would stay away from that). If not there were plenty of dead bugs. Expedia will not refund experiences like this. The hotel would have but Expedia decided they wouldn’t and acted like it was the hotel that wouldn’t.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast, comfy beds, and great hot tub!

We stayed in room #100. The room has a musty smell. The shower was extremely slippery and no grab bar. I only had one foot in and it slipped so I put the floor towel into the tub and was ok but you should probably do something about it. The staff was very nice and made the stay very nice.

Efficient, nice, great breakfast

Paid for a late check out and received three separate knocks at my door and three phone calls asking when I was leaving. I was out of town working graveyard shift and needed the sleep. Communication between staff members needs vast improvement

This place was great. Close to everything you need and not far from Seattle and what a great price comparatively. The pool was nice, the room was nice and clean. We had a lovely stay.

The Inn was very clean and I felt safe . I liked the options for breakfast and the pool was great. There was a convenient store and gas station located close by.

Parking fee was hidden in my bookings and its unreasonable to have a parking fee with this large parking area outside of a major city. Check-in was very unhelpful and unempathetic to my concerns about the parking fee which I view as non-transparent and really the hotel chain forcing more money out of its clients. The breakfast also was the bare minimum to claim to be breakfast with no spirit or want to please customers -I would not stay here again

The carpets were dirty and in poor condition. In addition, a man was outside the side door drinking. Safety was a concern.

Staff was wonderful. So friendly and seemed genuinely interested in our stay and reason for our stay.

The hotel was in a very quiet area. Staff was very nice and checkin was easy. No extra charge to park a car-nice! The on site breakfast was very good, good coffee too, a big plus!!! My only criticism is they need to clean the carpets, but we would absolutely stay there again. We stayed one week. Good value for the money!

Great location. Staff was kind and accommodating. Great breakfast. Needs updating though ( the room specifically) as there was obvious waer and tare structurally.
