Hotel is out dated and needs a renovation stayed there in 2002 and it’s same rooms. Elevator not running great. I checked out couldn’t stay in the hotel

What a treat on our long drive to find this jewel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great restaurants on site and a spectacular pool and large hot tub. East parking in front and a comfy room.

Stay was not as good as usual but still good! There was a live band in the attached pub & they were great! But the indoor hot tub was broken and there were 2 kids birthday parties (about 15 kids ages 5-7) being held in the pool/outdoor hot tub area so not the relaxing experience we had booked in for. We’ll have to inquire before booking if there’s something like that going on the next time.

This is the only place I will stay when travelling thru Sault st. Marie. Have stayed many times and have never been disappointed. I like the convenience of shopping across the street and restaurant in the hotel itself

Was not permitted the night in the hotel after paying for it on account of having a cat. Advertised as pet friendly, there are only a few specific rooms for pets.. The hotel then claimed that because i was not given a room, that meant that I had cancelled, outside of their cancellation window and they kept my money and rented the room to others. I attempted to contact the hotel 4 times and never received a reply.

Our stay at this property was great! We booked a pet friendly room with two double beds. The beds and pillows were clean and comfy. The room was spotless. They provided a food & water dish including a treat and poop bag for my dog. The pool opens early which made it great for us travellers who had to get back on the road early. Although this time we did not eat in the attached restaurant we have before and really enjoyed the food and short walk from our rooms.
We will definitely come back again on our next road trip!

When we arrived and got our room we opened the door to find it was already occupied by another person. The staff was able to get us another room however the bathtub drain did not work or the hair dryer.

This hotel is very dated and in need of a refresh (carpet, bathroom fixtures). The “4 pools” is very basic, just a shallow kiddie pool, regular pool, indoor hot tub that is abnormally deep (cannot sit on the seating ledge as my head would be under water) and a lovely outdoor hot tub. Bed was not very comfortable, pillows too small and soft.

The first room we were given, the AC didn't work so after we were all unpacked, we had to pack back up and move to another room. No free coffee available, you had to buy starbucks which we don't even like. Very expensive for the little bit that you get.

Our stay was great! Love the hot tub and pool. The only thing I would change is the mattress. It felt like we were sleeping on a piece of cardboard and woke up with a very sore back.
