Dining, pool and hot tub were all closed. These were reasons I booked.

We like this hotel and have stayed here in the past. The prices go up and down depending on the season, which is the norm in this city. The ONLY complaint we really had this time was that the halls were extremely noisy at night. There were kids and parents staying here for hockey and they had zero respect for others staying here. It was in no way the hotel's fault but this group was extremely rude.

They need a breakfast area. One small table is just not enough. And the selection is wish there was something to pick from. And a place to sit. They should turn that bar they don't use into the breakfast area.?????

Our room was perfect for a clean place to stay for the weekend.

The tap water in the hotel was wonderfully drinkable. That probably sounds weird to some but I grew up in the area and miss how good and clean the water is there. The room was very comfortable and soothing to be in. It was very clean and we had no problems with check-in or check-out. The staff was very polite and friendly.

It's an older hotel so the rooms aren't as insulated against sound as some newer hotels. It's in a quiet area so that's not the worst, it's mostly just sounds from the hallway that get in.

staff was nice, aside from the AC issue. location was good and near everything we needed with good shops and parking.

rooms advertised to have AC, and while we went in October, we enjoy sleeping in a colder room. No matter how we set the controls, hot air always came out if fan was on. Staff were asked and stated turn it as cold as it goes and it'll be cooler.. which we had done, however, it was hot air. this made the room uncomfortably hot as the hotel heat overall heated the room no matter how we had it set.

Toilet tank valve was leaking, had to fiddle with it to stop the water from running. The exercise room needs maintenance on the equipment.
