Hotel was decent and located near lots of shopping. The room was spacious and great, but i found the shower slippery so had to be careful. The staff and service was excellent and very responsive and helpful. The pool was pretty. I found that the lobby & pool restrooms were less clean. The stainless walls had fingerprints, and so did the elevator walls. Some places looked dirty. Other places were well kept and clean. I noticed many stairs and no ramps.

Should be rating themselves 2 stars, despite having three!! Taps to use in the shower , all were cold water. The air conditioning is ancient and only blows air, it does not cool the room. Rooms basic with old furniture and no fridge. Despite my partner going out with friends and me staying in the room alone one evening. I was harassed by security asking how many people were in my room (I was alone). Breakfast not exciting. They serve pink meat that looks like dog food. The highlight was the pool which we took use of with friends who we were visiting in Barranquilla.

The first 2 days, I had some problems with the room assigned, but they resolved the problem and everything was nice.

Hotel didn’t have towels placed at room, we had our room cleanup only at 5 pm after we requested, probably they just were short of stuff

Hotel is fine, staff is friendly, breakdast could be better.

I really enjoyed the stay. Was really good and very friendly. Very honest and educated staff.

I think we received a good value for the price. We were able to walk around the facility to find a mall nearby and also some restuarants.

I’m from barranquilla, and I knew this hotel previously. I know it’s an old hotel but, need to update room furnitures, bathroom appliances and make the breakfast menu more varied.

No internet on 4th floor where I was staying, very short of staff. Was charged 34 dollars to washed my clothes , 4 thousands pesos for each bottle of water

Old hotel, dirty. All the family was really uncomfortable

It’s a very old place. Smell like old, rooms are not confortable. Showers are puro of dark spots. Not recommend at all thrust me.

The guy at the front desk want me to pay for each person and gave me attitude, I show him in the app that I couldn’t put the names of the person at the time I booked but, he insisted that I have to pay for the room plus every person ( 4 ) for 2 double bed , I never stay there again

First the check in took forever the front desk attendant got on the phone and make us wait about 7 to 10 minutes while he dealt with an un coming guest over phone I had to literally asked him to please put the phone down and finish my check in. Mind me it was 11p and my son was asleep on my wife arms. Hotel is older and it really show in the rooms it has mildew smell and rooms are outdated. Bed are extremely hard even my 8 year old said so himself and he can sleep on top of a rock, but the worst came in the am we were a family of 8 I had 2 rooms went to breakfast and the server there got verbal with my wife because we were eating too much and that we had to pay an extra fee we had 4 kids and 4 adults they took 15 minutes to bring coffee to the table and he was extremely rude to my family. We will never stay here again and do not recommend this property at all there are so many options in Barranquilla I just wanted to change I stay in Barranquilla every weekend.

No hot water and not a clean place was told the room clearness was based on the rated that you pay for the room not nice at all.

Hi Busy days in the hotel. But people basic things. Not hot water late night. Safebox not working even someone came try to fix it. Water are. Slow and going in few directions. Belfast very low diversity. Low maintenance of the hotel. Constructions next to my window in the building in front. Such a bad night I had in this hotel I cannot describe. Waiting for a complaint I file to be resolved lets see what the manager that comes on Wednesday will response. Promise to let u know.
