Pictures tricked me, when i arrived at the property building was not well maintained, structure needs a paint job and landscaping needs lots of work. Everything inside the Hotel is old. Jets on hot tub were really weak. Ceiling in the pool area was dirty and there was panels missing. Rooms where clean and staff was nice.

we just needed a room for the night didn't have a reservation. for the price and short notice it was perfect, room was clean and the staff very nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The building is obviously old, but the room was very clean regardless of the age which is always the concern. It is a no fuss motel, but works for an overnight stay. Worked good for us and our 4 legged babies.

Beds where so uncomfortable the showers wouldn’t turn on it was super hard to turn on they can see me thru e door knob the entrance was not it, look like they just re opened pool was not open it looked like I was at a scary movie actually dark hall ways

The parking lot was full of potholes. No soap for hand washing or showering. Check in was quick and smooth. Room was big and clean.

Deciding between this hotel and another of similar quality. This one had an indoor pool for my kiddos, so we paid 50% more vs the other hotel for that.. pool was closed.for maintenance when we got there. Would have loved a heads up. It must have been a long time since I've stayed in a hotel.. the prices seemed very high for the accomodations. For example, scuff marks on all of the furniture. Edge banding coming loose/broken off.. tub spout loose and coming off at the caulk line.. sheets on one bed had stains on it. AC unit was so noisy, we just ended up unplugging it. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but would love for management to take a little more pride in the place.

I was disappointed with the pool being closed. The website said the pool would be open after a certain date and it was still closed. The restaurant was officially closed and no breakfast provided. The facility is outdated and needs a remodel. The staff were friendly and sauna was a nice bonus.

The hotel advertised having a restaurant, pool & hot tub. The restaurant was permanently closed as were the pool & hot tub for repairs. Other than that it was clean & comfortable with easy access from freeway. NOT near anywhere decent to eat.

The reason why I made a reservation this hotel is because they had a restaurant with a bar make sure they had a hot tub and a pool When I checked in I was told to pull in the hot tub was not working the restaurant had been closed for a while all I want to do when I was staying there that night is be able to have a couple drinks sitting at hot tub and relax and go to bed I will never come back to one of your hotels again

This property was totally misrepresented. The sign said newly remodeled...maybe in the'80's!!! The pool didn't have water in it, the "fitness center" was an exercise bike, the room smelled of urine and the restaurant had been closed for quite some time. Worst place I've ever stayed.

The pool and hot tub were down and those where why i booked this hotel instead of a cheaper 1.

Hotel is a little dated but still has all the amenities I like, including a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Our double queen room was also really spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable…not to hard and not too soft. Check-in process was smooth and easy, only downside was the pool and hot tub were “temporarily” closed during our stay. The parking lot did have some garbage and abandoned clothing in it when we arrived, but we never felt unsafe. Right off the freeway for easy accessibility to other areas.

The pool was closed and had been for days, but that was not noted on this app. Toilet ran every time it was used. Traffic noise is terrible. Biggest issue was the POOL, ruined the stay.

Room are old school large but very worn. The bottom of the door is chewed up, one drawer was missing a chunk. Old clock radio with 7 year old iPod dock, no USB outlets. Basically shop worn but the price reflects the condition. Shilo is one of the few place that has a sauna which is the reason I booked my business stay there.

Where do i begin? There was a half empty rootbeer in the cupboard, trash in the freezer, dried noodles in the drawer, broken dresser, broken chair, the beds are on wheels so when i sat on it, the whole thing slid. (Which normally wouldnt be too irritating, but im currently on crutches)Pool, Hot tub, and restaurant are all shut down "temporarily". For some reason the towels are in the shower on a shelf....not sure how you would shower without getting the towels wet. Its Christmas eve, so theres no where else to stay. Definitely looks as if the owner is happy taking money, but unwilling to put money into the building to keep it going. First and last time staying.

The pool was closed the carpets are very dirt. Very old and dated room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great staff, easy to find

First I asked for a first floor room due to health reasons. The desk clerk gave us a room on second floor because she said she never received the message for the first floor. They had no first floor rooms left. Second the room had an odor. We had to open window. Last the mattresses were very comfortable. Our overall stay was nice.

Let me start off by saying the staff was very nice & helpful. The reason we traveled to Nampa, Idaho was for my father’s memorial. So I purposely got a hotel with hot tub & sauna so we could unwind. Both were broken while we were there. Hotel adversities as having a lounge & restaurant. Lounge has hours posted from 4-10:00. We went to the lounge after a LONG day of services for my father, hoping to at least have a glass of wine. 9:00 on Saturday night and the lounge was closed!! The room itself was OK. Roomy & nice to have fridge & microwave. At first it looked clean, but after walking on the floor for a few minutes barefoot, the bottom of my feet were black. SO gross! Also in bathroom next to the tub was quite a bit of hair & dirt. The beds are comfy, but needed more blankets. Which the staff nicely provided. My biggest complaint is, the walls & floors are paper thin! You could hear the tV on ALL night in the room next to us, the kids above us jumping & running on the floor at 11:00 PM and what sounded like housekeeping talking/yelling in hallway at 4:30 AM. I can’t wait to go home and actually sleep all night. And we have 3 dogs!

This property is clean and convenient, located right off the freeway. In its day, I’m sure that this was great, but it’s starting to show its age. This is a nice place at this price point, and the brand is well known in the northwest.

Quick overnight stay on way to family emergency. Clean spacious room.

The staff was very congenital and nice. The room was very dirty Bathroom had been worked on & sawdust was piled up in corners & on flood. Room flood also dirty. Room wasn't really handycap, tub husband couldnt use. Bed so soft, i had to get him in middle so he couldnt fall off, & pillows hard.

The hotel was very pleasant, clean and priced right. I would stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Its basically a motel 6 from 1980. The absolute worst mattresses on the planet.
