At check asked where hot tub was located. Was told, but was not the heater was broken. So it wasn’t working.
Asked where the ice machines were located. Was told that there was a n ice machine on every floor. Wasn't told that the ice machine on the floor we were staying on was broken.

It needs a lot of attention, deep cleaning & upgrading. The toilet was very old, low & didn't flush properly. The ceiling over the shower was peeling & falling into the shower. There was mold on the shower wall around the soap holder.
The internet didn't work. I was moved to another room initially because the TV didn't work in the first room i was assigned to.
The staff was friendly & tried to be accommodating but they were obviously overworked. It appeared to be somewhat of a weekend party spot.
Talked to other guests who were experiencing similar things.
I wouldn't recommend this place.

It's an old run down hotel that they tried to slap a little paint on. Go somewhere else trust me.

The check in was easy. At first, the room was pleasant. Then, this horrible smell started coming from the bathroom. It was so bad we had to change rooms. The clerk was very helpful and easily made the room change for us.

The room and facilities were nice. Comfortable beds, clean room, great pool and hot tub. The tv in the room mis-behaved, but I spoke to the reception staff and they had a maintenance person come help solve the problem. The breakfast was okay. I would definitely stay again.

I would call this a sh!t hole but that would be disrespectful to the term. What a dump. From the bug zapper on the check in counter to the stairwell appearing like it’s been in every horror movie to the side door to the property not closing or locking to small square pillows to an ac unit that never got cold to walls being so thin I think I heard my neighbor fart in this sleep - this place is a dump. Like bad. I don’t leave reviews and I’m not hard to please so understand when I say this was bad. Avoid at all cost - complete joke a business runs this way.

This hotel was pretty terrible, the first room we were given the toilet wouldn’t flush, then we were given a room on the first floor that didn’t seem very clean and had a faulty air conditioner. There was a half empty bottle of vodka from a previous guest (or an employee) left in the fridge. I choose this hotel due to the proximity of the convention center, but won’t be staying there ever again.

Will definitely be the hotel I stay in when revisiting! Hotel staff was very friendly during check in. Rooms had plenty of space and beds made sleeping no problem. Was very impressed at cleanliness.

Service and employees are excellent. Room was clean but floor could have used better cleaning in corners. Bar and restaurant. Only issue of concern is door on R side of hotel lock and key card entrance is broken . Anyone can just walk in. Big safety concern.

Our stay began with having to walk through a cloud of smoke from employees sitting outside the front door to take their smoke break. When we got to our room, we found something sticky on the corner of the table and on the floor. We also found brown stains on the towels and sheets. There was also an infestation of gnats...we went to Lowe's and bought a Zevo bug plug-in! Breakfast was just above mediocre...not terrible, but not great.

This hotel should not be allowed to give hotel rooms to clients. The sheets were filthy the room carpet was so dirty it was sticky the restroom ceiling and the room ceiling itself had huge patches of mold. There were no clean towels. When I asked the staff for new sheets those smelt disgusting. Shame on this place!!!

I tried to check in at 5:00 and was told there were not any clean rooms ready. When I came back after 10:00 I was able to get a king, but the lady at the front desk took a long time trying to get a king room, which I reserved, situated for me.

too high for a handicapped person: It wasn't easy to get onto. Falling from it could cause an elderly person to be injured.

I reserved 2 double rooms. After check in, I walked into one of the rooms to find it was dirty. One bed didn't have any sheets, comforter, or pillows. They were all piled up on a chair. The other bed had a stained comforter. When I asked the front desk for a different room, they had no more available double rooms, so I had to take a king and sleep with my kids. The 2nd room was clean enough, but smelled of smoke, even though it is a non-smoking hotel.

The elevator needs maintenance. I did tell the front desk staff but she didn’t even take a note about it. Also they need to close the front doors after a certain time or have somebody at night for security. We came back to our hotel at 1:30 am and there wasn’t anyone to verify we were actually staying there. You don’t need a key card to go in the hotel

The side door, you needed a key to get in like all other hotels but the door didn’t even latch close so anyone could just walk in during the night. That defeats the purpose of needing a key to get in.
Stayed 3 nights and 2 days when we asked for towels, they didn’t have any available.
Breakfast was ok, sausage patties were over done close to burnt. Price was ok but you pay for what you get. I’d still give it 3 stars.
