I love my stay it was amazing

The front desk staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The room had dead bugs on the carpeting. I won’t stay there again.

I really liked the room, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had good choices and there were apples and cookies available during the day. However, the hotel is right next to the tollway and the sound of the trucks and cars is rather loud, so difficult to get a good night's sleep unless you are truly exhausted. Our room also had an issue with the faucet in the shower. It was tricky and the first after 5 minutes of running water I finally had to settle for a cold shower.

The only negative is the very worn condition of tables and chairs in the lobby/breakfast area. Check-in and checkout was qui k and staff was friendly and helpful

The stay was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The room was clean, and breakfast was very good.

The customer service was a little negative. They kept running out of cups for breakfast and instead of setting them up for the customers they just would throw the wrapped sleeve of cups down in the bottom bin for us to open up and unpack ourselves haha. Also the pool was a big reason i picked this hotel, and upon arrival the pool was completely empty with a sign that said" pool is closed until further notice"... I would have stayed elsewhere.

No coffee for 2 consecutive mornings. They were out of other breakfast items. Most guests left with nothing. Trash was overflowing in breakfast area. A large greasy/black mark was on the carpet in my room. It appeared that the front desk worker had to do the kitchen duty causing problems throughout. I couldn’t find a manager when I checked out. I called Expedia and they left me on hold for over 20 minutes.

The property as a whole was good but the condition seemed older than most Hampton Inns. The room did not have a microwave so my wife could not heat up her heating pad(for stiff neck from traveling).

Paid for a king-sized bed and got not a king size, not a queen but a double? Not conducive for 2 people whatsoever! Room was hot and musty after entering. Obvious the a/c hadn’t been on all day, it was only in the mid-80s all day.
The advertised pool was empty and unusable. All this led to the most horrible hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I stayed in a TENT in Kuwait while waiting to head up range.
Not at all near the standards of the Hilton name. No compensation offered after I complained about the bed problem. Pitiful

We usually love all Hampton Inns, but this onre needs repair, pool isn’t fun functioning, furniture in lobby and breakfast area is shabby. We had to change rooms because the shower faucet wouldn’t shut off. The clerk at the desk told us the computer doesnt work well and the company won’t fix it. So disappointed

It was hit and miss.
It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was close to the highway.
The pool was closed, the ice machine was broken, and there was a pan handler in the parking lot.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns. This was the most crowded room, cleanliness was average, the bedding was poor and the breakfast was atrocious.

The comforter is wrapped with sheets. The bottom sheet pulls out from under the mattress. We ended up sleeping on the edges of the bare mattress with no mattress cover. Also a comforter is not needed in July. They need a mattress cover and better fitted sheets on the bottom and some way to easily remove the comforter if not needed. We won’t stay at Hampton Inn again until they remedy this.

Usually when staying here it is great. This time, however, there was nearly zero shampoo left in the shampoo bottle. I suppose not a big deal, but after a day of traveling the last thing I wanted to do was wait around for shampoo from the front desk. Another small thing - no jelly or orange juice at breakfast. Small, but bothersome nonetheless.

The property was poorly maintained and several features inside were broken…(and as others noted the pool and hot tub were not operational)
It just seemed like lack of care overall but breakfast was good and staff were nice given what they had to work with….this reflects poorly on upper management not front line staff

Interior was nice and clean. Staff was great… exterior of building was bad. Weeds growing everywhere grass out of control. Outside appearance was not good at all

Only room offered had a tub/shower with bars. We booked the room because it had listed as an accessible shower. My husband could not step over the tub to use the shower, we needed the walk-in shower to accommodate his needs.

Stopover close to the freeway. We all got a good night's sleep and breakfast.

Do not stay here. Rude front desk check in with “whatever” attitude about shocking $150 pet fee. Elevator carpet filthy, outside grounds overgrown with weeds, pool out of order for 2 months(?), room cramped with hardly any room to walk around the beds, no counter space around bathroom sink. Windows did not close tightly so loud freeway noise.

The grounds was all overgrown. The receptionist acted like she hated her job. The place wasnt very clean. Our room wasnt too bad. 8am the next morning someone knocked hard on our door and woke us up my husband went to the door and it was housekeeping seeing if we left yet or not. Keep in mind check out was at noon. We were not very happy. The breakfast was ok but nothing too exciting. I would not stay here again
