Clean, comfortable, and safe. More than that the service is outstanding. This hotel is our go to in Chico now, and I couldn't recommend it more.

Shared a room with my daughter. The sofa bed was unusable. Had blood stains, liquid stains and crumbs. It was falling apart at the seams. I could have gotten a partial refund, but because I used Hotels.com, the manager said there was nothing she could do. I have photos but this page won't let me upload

We stay here when we visit Sierra Nevada’s Oktoberfest. It is a walkable distance to the brewery and they also have a shuttle that will drop you there. There is also an outdoor seating area for talking with friends after Oktoberfest.

Passing through Chico and stayed here. Staff were all very personable, helpful, and just very very nice. They took care in making sure I was comfortable and settled in. Room was clean and comfortable. If ever in Chico again this is my spot.

Our stay was exceptional - it far ceded our expectations. The hotel was recently renovated and everything feels brand new. The rooms were large, well equipped and SO CLEAN. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Most important, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

I have had several staycations at Oxford Suites. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and polite. Very professional. On one visit a gentleman introduced himself to me and we had a wonderful conversation about the Hotel and my overall satisfaction with things. He was dressed nicely, not a suit and tie but definitely professional. I asked later if he was the manager. The front desk informed me that he was the maintenance man. I was blown away by the fact that every employee from the top down wanted to be sure that I was happy and comfortable during my stay. Simply amazing. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay at this amazing hotel and experience the amazing hospitality that seems to be perfectly natural for everyone. You won’t regret it.

Excellent location to Chico State college. Everything you would need is in walking distance. Employees take great pride in their hotel and veey helpful. Will be the place we stay when visting our daughter while she is in college.

Clean room, check in was a little funny i was waiting for 10 minutes while the front desk person was visiting with a friend… she didn’t know i was checking in but why else would i be standing there with multiple bags… otherwise then that all was fine

The employees were friendly and helped with any questions. The room was very nice and spacious. The only downside was it was very loud. Other guests were talking loud and closing doors and it was very loud. Also someone was working on other rooms above and next to us early in the morning and was loud the refrigerator kept making a strange noise. Someone shined a light in our room from outside. I would suggest getting a higher room not first level. Enjoyed the pool it was warm and nice to swim. I enjoyed the tickets they gave for drink and the breakfast and snacks. Was close to restaurants and shopping area.

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I was staying for 4 days and requested cleaning on day 3, but it wasn’t done. Additionally, there was no phone in my room to request cleaning services or a wake-up call. We also tried to enjoy the continental breakfast, advertised until 10 a.m., but found the door closed both times we went down at 9:43 a.m. On a positive note, the property’s proximity to eateries and local shopping is definitely a plus.

We had a very enjoyable stay! We stayed for one night to break up our long journey. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and convenience stores. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel accommodated our request for a first floor room. The restaurant at the hotel was disappointing for our dinner options. The breakfast buffet is amazing, they offer someone for all tastes and appetites. Our family would stay here again.

Terrible experience. Started off with reading on their website at booking that there was an airport shuttle that would pick us up - well not true. Their so called shuttle only picks up from Chico airport- which is currently a closed airport! The beds were also hard as a rock - could not sleep. And had a very rude older lady at front desk when trying to check out early. Thankfully the general manager was very helpful - that is who the two stars are for, along with Jordan when we checked in who was great!
Would not stay there again, sorry.

This is the 4th time we have stayed here this year. Each time we have found it clean safe and very convenient. We have family in the area. The staff has been outstandingly friendly kind and courteous. We have enjoyed the breakfasts. This last time we stayed here the parking lot was full of first responder vehicles. At breakfast I met a man who had lost his house but was happy his family and pets were safe. Thank you for caring so kindly for all of these individuals affected by the fires. Keep up the excellent standards in operation and service

Got in late , no worries I prepaid for the room. My wife turned down the bed and found sheets not lean, plus black long hair was all inside the sheets . We called and they brought new sheets expecting us to change the bed, it’s past 1 am we have been driving all day.
Buffet was great . Eggs cooked to order, the cook was great.
