Carpet bad in places door key wouldn't work hardly at all shower was ok bed was good tv worked ok

Other than spending one whole day and two nights in the room with a sick husband it was a great stay. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable so it wasn't horrible being stuck there for a whole day while hubby was sick. The breakfast was top rate and they have a restaurant whose food was amazing. The staff are all very kind and helpful and go out if their way to help. Anytime we are in the area this is definitely the place we will be coming back to!

Staff sunday morning at the breakfast was not very good. We were given 2 sets of silverware for 4 people, had to eat my ceral with a fork, didnt get coffee we askfor multiple times. Monday morning staff, excellent!

Right off the interstate. The staff members were so friendly and professional. I had my pups with me so the inside courtyard right outside my first floor door made it super convenient. The room was clean and super comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again!

There is no elevator to get to the second floor. Parking is fair but I am never able to get close to the room.

The staff were amazing. They were nice and helpful. The food was amazing with large portions.

Easy on/off I 24. Beautiful property with indoor And outdoor pools. the free breakfast was a true buffet. Many hot food choices. There's a ton of stores (Target, walmart) and restaurants nearby. Net time we're in Clarksville, we'll stay here!

Room service barely touched the beds (remote was made up in the bed), the bathrooms smelled of urine when we first arrived, and the kitchen staff was incredibly and openly rude beyond belief. I will not stay here again and would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone, at any price.

Check person was friendly. 1st room leaking ceiling. Moved to 2nd room. 2nd room smelled like a cigarette ashtray, instant headache. Moved to 3rd room. This one was ok. The beds were very comfortable. Kids pool was closed for maintenance but their other pools were open. Nice people. Was supposed to be a smoke free facility and it was not enforced at all. People smoking in all the walkways and on the sidewalks. 3rd room phone didn’t work so had to walk to front desk at night when I needed toilet paper etc., connecting doors were locked for safety so had to walk around the entire building to get to front door during the night to get anything that was needed.

Everything worked in room (refrig, microwave, coffeemaker, AC, light switches etc.) Thats rare for the price i got. Thank you ao much for two great nights of sleep!!

Clean. Good service. But my fridge was broken and room was kinda loud because of outside noise. But overall - good place for the money

It needs to be redone. It is old and more dirty than I like. The beds were very clean. Staff very friendly.

Our door handle was broken and difficult to open; the desk chair had mold growing on it.

Beautiful Hotel

First time at this location. Had a handicap accessible room. A lot has been updated but they should update the wallpaper, tile for the bathtub surround and replace the flooring with a durable non skid luxury vinyl. Ceramic tile is slippery when wet and as someone with balance issues, it is important. We did like the location easy to find off Exit 4. And there we a lot of restaurants to chose from. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff was pleasant as well.

Staff was awesome. Ants lived in our bathroom and we couldnt close our bathroom door.

I was really looking forward to my stay but became very disappointed and horrified when I found a cockroach in the lobby near the pool and in my room. I also was surprised to find the hot tub to be extremely loud. The indoor pool was also very cloudy. Outside guests were chain smoking next the pool so we were unable to swim outside. The breakfast was also terrible the food tasted awful. But the staff was great!

Quality Inn was wonderful! We enjoyed the friendly, accommodating staff, spacious room, amazing pools and hot tub and the fact that they were pet friendly. Another highlight is the expansive buffet breakfast that was included each morning. There is also a relaxing lounge onsite and a Walmart and food places just down the street. This was hands down one of the favorite hotels in the chain that we have stayed at. Highly recommend!

This is the most pet friendly hotel I have ever been to. Pets have the right to be almost anywhere their owner can go. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and polite.

I’m going to do a longer review - good things to say and expectations to set. The staff are great. The price is great. The location is convenient and easy to get to and surrounded by chain restaurants, Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club. The pool is ok, well maintained, not huge, and is showing some age. All around good. Sauna is a plus! Hot tub is not large. The rooms are aging and everything in them. For a commuter an ok stay, but I would probably not bring my family for a vacation - only because we are used to higher-end properties. This is not a bad thing - just have the right expectation and it does not disappoint. Breakfast is average and nice - it’s included so a plus! Overall it’s a great stay and a great value.

We spent 1 night here and I reserved a roll in shower handicap accessible room. When we checked in and got to our room, it was a tub/shower accessible room. My husband has muscular dystrophy and cannot transfer into a bathtub. The front desk gal was very quick at fixing it and got us a roll in shower room. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which was good. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! After breakfast we went back and showered and got ready to leave. My husband got stuck on the toilet! There was only 1 grab bar on the left side for him to grab on to. There was another one, but it was behind the toilet! He needed one on the right side to grab or one one the wall directly in front of the toilet. He had already showered so the bathroom tiles were slick from condensation and he was having problems getting his footing. I tried to help him but I couldn’t get a grip on him. We almost had to call 911. Finally, I helped him pull his underwear & shorts up and fastened his belt while he sat on the toilet. Then he used the left grab bar and I used his belt to lift him. You should consider putting ADA toilets in your accessible rooms to make it easier to get on and off the toilet.

During arriving I was checking in and heard others price quote compared to mine which was almost double. I was told it was because i booked with Expedia. Once I got to my room it had a terrible odor and the couch was missing. I was moved to another room. I was never given clear instructions as to where the ice machine was located. Breakfast was horrible. There was no juice they had to go find some. I had to ask for silverware. I expected better accommodations for the price. I was not pleased with this hotel at all.

Clean room, decent service.

Rooms and facilities showed signs of wear but clean. The toilet was loose from floor/wall and moved a lot when you sat on it, even for our 7 yr old (Rm 227). The buffet breakfast is wonderful

They give a voucher for breakfast but everyone has to go together. The adults in our group like to go down before the kids get up and you aren't able to do that here. The door was hard to shut in the room. Otherwise a good location and decent place to stay.

The pool, sauna and hot tub were fabulous!

Excellent staff! Traveled with my dog, and room was clean, comfy & quiet.

It's a nice property. We stay there whenever we're in Clarksville. It's an older property, so you can see some wear in fixtures, door jambs, and carpet, but overall it's good. They did have a power outage when we were checking out, but they took it in stride. We did have to go back to reception to have our key cards renewed. I think every Friday they reset them and the wi-fi password.
